Ramone makes an excellent sandwich. He spreads mayonnaise on both sides of the soft roll, adds the amount of chicken salad I want along with the shredded lettuce. This bodega has four tiny tables and chairs at the back where I can eat. Well stocked with a variety of snacks, food items. drinks and ice cream pints (even Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream!) this is a clean bodega worth visiting. Both Ali and José at the counter are pleasant.
A little pricy but it's Manhattan. The cooks behind the flat top are incredibly quick and efficient. They work consistently everyday through the morning rush of high schoolers and working class people that want coffee. Great deli.
It was a quick stop and the closest to the truck and the experience was quick easy and friendly. Got a capri and it was nicely portioned with a side of what seemed to be homemade chips and a pickle.
