I had a terrible experience at this Chelsea Papya . I asked for a hot dog with just ketchup and mustard, but instead, they gave me some different sauce with a ton of onions. It was so frustrating because my order was really simple, and they still managed to mess it up. The place itself was dirty, which made me question the hygiene standards. When I got my to-go order, it was a complete mess. The hot dog was thrown together haphazardly, and it looked so unappetizing. I ended up not even wanting to eat it. The whole experience was so disappointing that I will never come back here again. Honestly, I'd rather go to the Taco Bell across the street. At least there, I know I'll get my order right and the food will be prepared properly. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place.

Look it’s a quick eat in or take out kind of place but what makes this place stand out is the staff. The young man from the Ivory Coast and the others from Bangladesh try to help and serve you the best way they can. They treat everyone with kindness and dignity. I had been gone to Asia for 6 weeks and the first place I ate at in Chelsea was HERE. It was nice to be greeted so warmly. I think they changed their French fry supplier for which I am happy about. These are crispier and not those old crinkled tasteless steak fry. They added a new menu item-a hot dog Chicago style. I got my usual Cheeseburger with all the fixings and GRILLED ONIONS. Ah! I was home.

Ehh... it's $3 for a bad hot dog. Only redeemed by its convenience and the fact I find its sleaziness charming. If they're still open, stop by a hot dog cart and they'll probably give you a slightly better one for $3

Old bread. Over cooked and neglected hotdogs. Cooked so much it was shriveled. outer skin was saggy, floating around the remaining meat inside.
No frills, just a good bite of their spicy hotdog. Good value for money! Fries were good too. Staff was really nice and accommodating. Quick service.

For what it was, it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t very good either. I went in not expecting much and was still a little disappointed. I got 2 chili dogs and a papaya drink. The dogs were warmed a little and the chili on top was room temp. The papaya juice was good but it was extremely sweet. This makes for good late night drunk food and that’s about it.
