The delicious Christian chicken experience. Fries are great, this store is crammed New York style, but the staff are fantastic and friendly as always. Take away and eating in is fast. Love that there are plenty of staff.

Ridiculous! I was in the restroom with my 4 year old child. While we were in the stall the cleaning lady said she needed to clean the bathroom. I explained I can’t leave the stall as I have a 4 year old on the toilet. Then she starts tapping and knocking. I opened the door and yelled at her “I can’t do anything about it. I have a 4 year old on the toilet and I can’t help it.” She then proceeds to grab another person to come try and kick us out. I told her the same thing. Then they get a third person in. Meanwhile the original lady doesn’t clean what she can. The manager they brought in didn’t even acknowledge I was saying. NYC or not absolutely ridiculous treatment of paying customers.

Went to this location after shopping all day, with my Son. This Chick-fil-A is in our neighborhood and we've passed it a thousand times, but never stopped in. I didn't feel like making dinner, so we stopped here.
I was very surprised at how easy and fast it was to order my food, in spite of how busy it was. There was a line, but there were hardly any seats available.
The line moved fast, and the cashier was super friendly and helpful. I was instructed to have a seat, and my food was delivered to our table before I got my coat off.
The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was great. I'd definitely come back here. 10/10
