The people that work are so rude and have no respect for the customers. I ordered a meal and they forgot my chicken sandwich saying that i didn’t ordering so they can’t replace it,like the evidence isn’t on my receipt. Really disappointed do better.

They don't allow food from outside.
Me and my friends went to chick fil a and it was like 10 of us but I didn't like the way they made their food and it was too expensive for just a little bit of food so I went to panda Express but when I got back my friends were upstairs so I tried to go upstairs but I can't go. So it's 9 people who baught from them and one who didn't and that's honestly just stupid. One star

I just arrived home from a to go order. This order was 75 dollars. We get home and food is missing!! They don’t have a number for you to call. I am highly upset

Order food to go. When I got home my entire order was wrong. I had someone else's order. 3 spicy chicken sandwiches chicken nuggets n it all went to the garbage. I paid $40 for an order I didn't even get. No veggie wrap, no regular chicken sandwich nor my 2 order of fries. I won't be going back to this location. I'm very disappointed. 😞

I've probably been to over 100 CFA locations in my life and I've always had a great experience, except for here.

I got a pimento CFA sandwich take-out, got home, and bit into a long black hair. I of course called CFA customer support telling them about my experience, and they let me know that since this location is privately owned and operated, there is nothing they can do regarding compensation, the owner of the store must do it. "You should be hearing from them within 48 hours." No call for weeks. I call back at least 3 more times. Still nothing for months.

Instead of waiting any longer for likely endless non-response, I went in person and was rudely dismissed twice by the on-duty supervisor/manager, telling me that corporate was wrong and corporate has to handle any compensation (since it was an order on the app).

It took a third time of going back after hearing conflicting things to speak to the head manager, and she told me that I was informed incorrectly and that they do in fact have to handle the compensation at their store despite it being an in-app order. I was told that she would tell the owner when he was back in 2 days, and she took down my name and phone number.

Here we are about a 1-2 months later from that last interaction, and still nothing. Went in today because I was in a rush and it felt like a McDonald's. No one smiling, everyone in a bad mood, not an ounce of kindness or welcoming from any employee. I've worked in customer service for a long time, it's not difficult to put on a smile and be nice to people (especially when you have a reputation like CFA's to maintain).

The plaque at the front of the store says that the owner Kevin Young has this as his full-time job, which I unfortunately have a very hard time believing. You already have my name and number if you want to contact me about compensation for me biting into a long hair, but to be honest I think you've made it clear that you could not care less.

TL;DR: If you love Chick-fil-A like I always have, don't ever bother going to this location, it's a true disappointment and shame to the brand (hair in food, no compensation, and rude/non-friendly employees).

I’ve never had a Chick-fil-A order take this long. They said it would be at most 30 minutes and it took them nearly an hour just to prepare the order to send off to deliver. I literally just ordered one chicken biscuit and lemonade - why would that possible take an hour??

This location is not able to fulfill delivery orders in a timely manner. Many times I have to cancel the order because the delivery says around 30 minutes. One morning I waited two hours for an order to be delivered.

The Light skinned heavyset security guard was rude to my colleague after we paid for food and received the green light to use the restroom upstairs. All because he already “closed” the area. We work for the city and in the city we serve, we were disrespected for a human right as a patron of the restaurant.
