The Harlem location has an army of migrant Uber delivery men hoarding the front door it’s overwhelming.When I ordered it seem very seamless we even gave complaints.they were so organized we didn’t feel the need to check our bag ..(so I thought) got back to the car and checked the bag we were missing a sandwich no big deal..so we go back inside get it fixed.we get the sandwich(we didn’t check again)the manager had talked at the staff so we thought they would be on point but nope .we had to go back inside a 3 time where they finally got the sandwich right but by that time the rest of the food was cold .

Unfortunately this was the first bad and the worst Chick-fil-A experience I ever had. Sadly it was because of a manager and not an employee. The manager on duty’s name is Dajanay. I’m not understanding why she has such a nasty attitude but after that experience, I don’t know if I will be shopping there anymore. I’m a manager at my job, and as a leader, you should lead by example. There was an issue with my order but instead of fixing it or trying to make sure that the customer was satisfied, she said “her only option is to get a refund and get back on the line!” It’s what and how it was said. Rolling of the eyes and a nasty attitude, for what? Over burgers and fries? It’s never ever that serious. Sadly this is why so many restaurants open and close in Harlem, because the customer service is at an all time low. If it wasn’t for my daughter, I would’ve refunded my entire order and walked out. Also everyone is wearing a name tag and she has hers covered. When I asked one of the team members her name, she seemed very afraid and responded “she tells us not to share her name, and I really don’t want to get in trouble!” That’s what a leader does? Put fear in their employees? Cover their name badge so they can be rude and disgusting to customers and not be held accountable? The branch operator needs to do better with selecting who they employ! This behavior is unacceptable, especially in a place where you are paying for a service/item. The fact that this young lady didn’t even try to fix the situation and I’ve had my order taken at the register before and adjusted at the register before, so I know it’s not impossible. Instead I had to get a refund, get back on line for 20 mins and then do the whole process over. You will lose a lot of customers because of this girl. I can’t understand for the life of me why someone so rude would ever be a leader of anyone? I’m baffled.

Yesterday I went to Chick Fil A with a card to get a free 8 piece nugget or chicken sandwich. This was provided to me by a trusted "friend". However it turned out to have been used already. Though I played it off, I was embarassed but grateful I brought cash. The employees there were respectful and professional throughout the entire interaction. As always Chick Fil A brings grade A customer service and I expected nothing less. Thanks.

I wanted to eat there with my entire class, but because of a problem with the gift cards we got, I was forced to order at McDonald's. When I came back at the Chick Fill-A, they told me that if I wanted to stay with the group, I had to watch them eat and not eat my McDonald's order. I had to eat outside alone in the cold because they were not comprehensive enough, and ruined the last day of our trip to New York. You could have done better, guys.

I placed an order through Uber Eats at this location. Food was over cooked. The chicken wasn't really tasty and cold. I had the Chil Fil A sandwich, the chicken bites and waffle potatoes. I might try to order again and see if it is really worth it. Overall I wasn't impressed by the good quality.

I frequently place orders from this establishment, but lately I have noticed a decline in the quality of the food. Specifically, the chicken sandwich I received with the accompanying fries was rather tough and lacked the usual juiciness that I have come to expect. Unfortunately, since the meal was delivered to me, there wasn't much I could do to address the issue in the moment. I kindly request that you ensure the provision of fresh items, as you have consistently done in the past. Generally, the quality has been satisfactory, so I am unsure of what may have transpired on this particular occasion.

They forgot my fries but I didn't want to get back on that awful slow line for food. I had to wait +10 min after placing a mobile order 7 min before I walked into the store.I requested one of those small bottles of ranch. The ranch expires in like one week which I saw when I got home and put in the fridge. Kind of slimy behavior. They also dropped my bag on the floor when handing it off because they were too overburdened with bags. Individually none of these are deal breakers but I'm used to better experiences at chikfilas and this place is kind of a miss for me. Food was fine but it felt poorly run and disorganized. Not coming back here.
