Most Chick-fil-A’s provide great food and service including this location. The pickup was pretty fast, and the food was good. However, when comparing this Chick-fil-A with other locations, it lacks just a bit. The pickup went by slower, despite having less people. The location has amazing seating and is spacious with many tables and chairs. The walls are decorative and add to the aesthetic. It was not too busy at around 4pm.The location is near Herald Square and K-Town making it very appealing. It is located near the 1/2/3/A/B/C/E/D/F/N/R/Q trains, m34 bus, LIRR, and PATH trains.

There’s always one rude person that makes me feel uncomfortable when I enter this store. I stop at this store or Starbucks on my way to my ft job after getting off my pT job. I have about 2 hrs in between so I buy something to eat and/or a coffee, make calls, send emails and charge my phone. Two ppl in particular were very rude on multiple occasions. A young man who seems like he’s apart of the lgbt community and a young lady who I never seen before.the guy is promise every time and speaks with an attitude and is very dismissive. He go around offering other customer things like napkins, dispose garbage if needed and refills. I have to ask for these things and it’s the same way all the time.

Christmas in NYC, near Macy's on 34th St. Line was long but handled so very quickly and efficiently. By the time husband finished paying, food was being delivered to our table. CFAs and nuggets hot and delicious. Fries hot, soft and a little salty, just like I like thm. Peppermit shakes delicious! Staff friendly, attentive, handing out napkins and clearing away quickly. Marco, the manager, and all staff very friendly and engaging. Definitely eat here!
