This Chick-fil-a offered the most delightful experience the service was exquisite as they a worker went up to us with a tray of a variety of different sauces and gave us wet wipes and a mint which had never happened to me personally out of all my years as a chick-fil-a customer overall the atmosphere was incredible as they had music playing the whole time, quite the good playlist as well. The food was incredible fries were crispy and the chicken was juicy. I had great time at this chick-fil-a and I will be returning. I expect that this chick-fil-a keeps up the good work and keeps the vibes good.

Does Chick-fil-A have great customer service but unfortunately the seating at this location is very limited and poor there weren't a lot of seats and it seems as if everyone is cramped on top of each other I always take my food to go.

Man placed an order today through grubhub horrible experience. Not sure who is managing but they need to do better. My order was missing two things, one it was missing completely a milkshake, the other it was missing the chicken from the sandwich which had all the selected ingredients but the chicken.

I went to this burger chain restaurant for the first time. I'm not American, but I've heard amazing stories and have had Americans try and tell me how amazing this place is. I'm not a huge fast food guy, but I like trying new things. So, during my visit to manhattan, I stumbled across this particular spot and i was like what the hell let's go. The place was full. The service was quick and like everything in this city it was pretty expensive. I spent like 20$ for what was a pretty pedestrian sandwich and waffle fries. No offence to the staff who I could tell were working hard, but I fail to appreciate the hype a hoop-la with this place. Did I enjoy my chicken burger? Sure, I did. Do I make better ones myself at home? You bet.
