I had one of biggest experiences in this Chik-fil-A. I lost my wallet and send message on instagram. The employee was so nice, found it. I live in Brazil, im in Flórida and i Will return tomorrow. They send me my wallet by UPS and offered to pay the value of transportation. Thank you for the person who found and for employees from Chick-fil-A! 10000 stars

I often go to Chick-fil-A in New York City and I have to say the service really sucks. It’s not like Chick-fil-A standard that everybody has gone to love. My perception of that was changed today and it was because of the Fulton Street location more specifically the team leader or manager Dio. I had a terrible experience ordering through Uber eats. Came in to do it directly. He was courteous and patient as I was frantic and annoyed. He really displays great leadership acumen. Thank you for helping make an annoy situation less annoying
