During our trip to NY, we stopped here and grabbed lunch. The line met us at the door but we got our food in under 3 mins due to our orders being taken in line and when we were at the cashier our food got handed to us while we were paying. We sat on the 2nd floor to dine and the restaurant was clean even though it was full during lunch time. The staff got our orders exact and the food was great. The restrooms are located on the second floor.
They have 3 floors at this location:
(First Floor)- Where you make your order and pay/Pick up orders online.
(Second Floor)- This is where you have the first option of dining and restrooms (No code needed).
(Third Floor)- Additional seating for dining.
Also, please note this restaurant is about a 8 min walk from the 9/11 memorial pools/museum, One World Observatory and the Oculus. So if you wanted to grab something before or after visiting this part of the city, this Chick-fi-la would hit the spot!

The surprise of this restaurant's quality made my day. We really enjoyed the meal. This spot has become my favorite. The service was great. They were fast, efficient, and got everything right! This establishment demonstrates skill.

I have been to this location 3 different times. An ordered the exact same order reg chicken sandwich deluxe with fries and sprite and a market salad with chicken strips. An every time I walk my salad to my wife’s office it’s wrong because they put grilled instead of strips. Like I understand it’s a busy time but people don’t have time to be walking around an checking orders that’s your job to do. That why I’m paying you to give me the correct food I order. Done with chick filet a forever. Such a waste especially after how expensive it is. An yet I walk back in to speak to assistant manager who took my order and repeated it to me. A now store manager tells me to calm down because I have wrong order for 3rd time. Oh next time will give you a voucher. No there isn’t gonna be a next time. Horrible customer service and bad response from store manager and assistant. Instead of cranking out wrong orders at high place maybe slow a bit down to make sure correct food is being given to correct customer.

Chicken wasnt crispy and the cheese was cold
The staff were incredibly friendly, and the nuggets and sauce were really delicious! Above all, the restaurant was so clean that it felt very comfortable to enjoy my meal at Chick-fil-A. I sat on the third floor, and the employee working there was constantly sweeping the floor and wiping down the tables without taking a break. 👍

I have ordered from here multiple times and had no problem. However, recently for my last two orders they kept messing up. The first time I ordered the pretzel bun meal with a large fries and got home it was Mac and cheese and a 6 count nugget with medium fries. It was too late at night and I was too tired to go back to the store. Today I ordered a pretzel bun club and received a spicy deluxe instead. There was no bacon present in the sandwich and it was in the wrong bread. At this point I don’t think I am meant to eat this pretzel bun. Nonetheless, I’ll still eat it.

This chick fil a is absolutely awful, and so is the owner operator! I filed a complaint for a cold, small sandwich with Chick Fil A cares. They said they would refund it. I didn’t get any response for a week, called back, they sent another message to the owner operator Luke Cook. Again no response. I’m over two weeks now and still no refund!!! I called Chick Fil A cares a third time and they said all they can do is send another message to the operator. Lazy, lazy location and horrible owner!!! Refund me!!!

This location is awesome. I go a few times here and there and every time it’s a great experience. I want to so very much say Thank you to Ms. Sophia - she’s always reminding me about my app and she’s actually the reason why I downloaded the app. Ms. Sophia is professional, friendly and very respectful. I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years from beginning to now leading it. So I very much appreciate an employees great customer service. Thank you to the staff for always serving good food. Thank you for all your work and I hope you all understand the value in the work you do. Thank you so much and Ms. Sophia thank you for all the great mornings.
