It was my first time trying food here and I was overall happy, however I did not think that the price matched the quality or quantity. I was expecting large portions for the price that I paid. I was underwhelmed and will not be returning in a hurry. Very friendly staff and nice seating. Excellent location.

Walked into the restaurant at 10pm and was immediately surprised that half the dinning room was closed. We asked the employee if the other side was open and they said yes. We sit down and almost immediately another employee approached us and said they close the dinning room at 10:30pm and continued to put up chairs around us while we ate. After he continued to walk around us and basically stared us down until we left. We had practically shove the food down to leave because he made us so uncomfortable. It was honestly very disappointing for an establishment known for their kind and excellent service. Would never come back to this location after being treated this way.

It was our first time here. Kids loved the place. We got chicken nuggets and waffle fries. Nuggets was tasty, crispy, juicy and way better than mcdonalds and kfc. Waffle fries is delicious and does not taste artificial. The team is so welcoming, we met Fulvia and she was so kind and helpful! The place is clean and organized, foos was served quickly.

Terrible!!!! Service. Not only did I kindly wait on line to order but the next cashier decided to take the order of a white boy that just walked right up the register. Normally I would have addressed this but I let it go. Then after placing my order I proceed to wait at the designated area where I see everyone who ordered after me get there order, mind you I only had 2 items while I witnessed 3 people get bags of food. I informed the employees I’m still waiting for my order while everyone after me got there’s and he looks at the counter where my order was sitting the whole time and just says sorry. I won’t be coming back here.

Service was slow, the fries were cold and the chicken nuggets were salty. My GFs strips came soggy. The manager was not helpful at all. Worse Chick fil ever. First time visiting New York and this is what I get. Cali chick fil a way better.

The food was amazing and warm. But the service and atmosphere were terrible. The employee Andonny was very rude and unprofessional. She gave me unnecessary attitude for no reason and rolled her eyes. She was very passive aggressive as well. I just wanted my chicken sandwich man. Although the lady who handed me food Anastasia was reassuring. Management is not nice. although all the team-members are nice. Thank you.

This is the best Chickfil I have been to. The place is immaculate, friendly and the bathroom clean. The manager greets the guests. Everyone is polite and professional.

The vibe in this restaurant is wonderful. The staff were like a huge group of cousins having a good time together. Madison who was the cashier when we visited servers us well.

I ordered 3 chicken sandwich around 6pm from the website but I couldn't pick up until 10pm, the staff said they couldn't find the order in the system because it's been over 3 hours, and they kindly remake the order for me. Great service.
