My favorite Chick-fil-A branch! • Conveniently located near my hotel, so I was able to walk there early in the morning before my flight and bring sandwiches home. • The dining area is spacious and very clean. • The chicken sandwich was delicious, and of course, the signature sauce pairs perfectly with it. The pickles were fresh and crunchy too! • The staff were kind and accommodating. One crew member even gave me extra sauces when I mentioned I was bringing the sandwiches home for my siblings (and yes—they survived the trip!). • I do wish they had better containers for pickles ordered separately, as mine spilled. I had to wrap them tightly in a plastic bag afterward. Always a must whenever I’m visiting NYC!

i usually order breakfast delivery on doordash from here all the time. i come in one day to eat here in the morning and i couldnt ask for a better staff. they are polite, friendly, and the food is good
Dear sir, i come all time in your restaurants. All time, it is ok all around USA. This time, i am not happy. 22 december 2025, i see a young guy in red which go to restroom. After he finishes, he did not wash his hands. It is un respectful and not clean ... a small guy with brown hair. Possible to improve that ? 918 eight avenue, NYC

No seating as they had a third of the restaurant blocked off for interviews and only 2 people where there for interviews
Chick-fil-A is always a decent experience, and this one was generally good despite a long wait for our food. The food was pretty good, although not as good as other times I had Chick-fil-A whilst in New York.

Didn’t have any problems with the food or service however there is a woman who goes around to clean the tables that clearly doesn’t know about personal space and it made me and my friend a bit uncomfortable. My friend had leftovers out from another restaurant and she came up to our table to tell us that we can’t eat outside food after we both just purchased their food. So weird of her.
