This City is out of control with their dogs in restaurants.

Met some friends here for dinner before a Broadway Show since it was nearby. The place was quite large and had a decent amount of seating, althogh it was full. You can either head up to order or actually order from the QR code on the table.
Not much vegetarian optiosn though so just went with the Mac and Cheese which was ok.

Literally in line, 2 people ahead of me when I heard the couple behind me talking about the brand is now using chicken with antibiotics. After a quick Google search to confirm, I left.
This has been my go since they had one in the basement at NYU. Nothing good lasts forever. RIP.

Server was really nice. I asked for what they recommend, made last minute changes before paying. There was not a tip option or a bucket on the till, so there was no pressure to tip even though I wanted to. Ordered the spicy chicken which was nice but looks small, the chick-fil-a sauce was to die for. Salad with ranch dressing for health purposes. $16~£14

Prices are ok. rather a bit expensive. The employee who served us was extremely friendly and nice. I wouldn't go there again for the burger but the fries and the chicken strips are first class. You can also use as many sauces as you want. The lemonade and ice tea from the house are also very tasty.

Baby Chick-fil-A in Hell’s Kitchen delivers better service than some five-star restaurants in NYC—no exaggeration. I walked in just to grab some nuggets and ended up staying for a full meal, completely won over by the experience. The space was spotless, a friendly greeter welcomed guests while keeping tables tidy, and fresh flowers adorned each table. The ambience? Surprisingly inviting. The efficiency? Impeccable. And let’s talk about their marketing—it’s working! The team deserves a raise because they turned a quick stop into a full-on dining experience.
They even offer a sit-down option where you can scan a QR code, order from your table, and have your food brought to you. Prefer the traditional route? Order at the counter, grab a table marker, and they’ll bring your food right over. It’s giving cute lunch date for teens, nice outing for colleagues. It’s giving European fast food experience right here in the U.S. Who said fast food couldn’t feel upscale? I’ll definitely be back.

They close tables at 9:30 when the store hours say they close at 11pm.

I recently went to this location. And it was pretty packed and i honestly wanted to dine in. Luckily while my order was ready a seat was available for me to eat. Anyways as I was eating i was approached by this beautiful lady that works their if im not mistaken her name is Fulvia. I made sure i looked at her name tag and i wrote her name down so i could write this review. I had my son with me and she was so polite asking me if i needed anything else, if i enjoyed my food and more. As i was finished and getting ready to leave she offered to throw away my food and opened the door for me. I LOVEEEEE THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. It makes you want to go again, again and again.

Definitely the worst chick fil a to use the mobile app for. The orders will literally sit there getting cold while the staff just giggles and says the orders coming up. Something as easy as just calling out the names of the meals that are sitting there would easily fix it. Only came here often because I live down the street from it but switched over to pop eyes because what’s the point of getting cold chicken constantly??
I recently visited Chick-fil-A and ordered the 4-piece tenders and fries. Unfortunately, my experience was soured when I was asked to leave the restaurant for eating coffee and yogurt from a different establishment. Despite having purchased food from Chick-fil-A, I was told that outside food wasn't allowed. While I understand policies regarding outside food, it was disappointing to feel unwelcome in a place where I had already made a purchase. The staff was polite, but the situation left me frustrated and questioning the balance between policy enforcement and customer experience. Its a shame, as Ive generally enjoyed Chick-fil-As food and service, but this incident was an unfortunate turn.
