I like to give credit, when credit is due! This Chick Fil-A store has great tasting food! However, my review is about the amazing hard working employees that work here!!! From the managers, Sam, Ben, Roosevelt, there’s another Spanish manager, but I don’t recall his name. And then there’s a young manager Gabriel. They all work so very hard! From greeting customers to cleaning. I do mean cleaning! Sweeping, mopping, disinfecting the tables & chairs constantly!!! I’ve never seen managers work so extremely hard to provide the patrons with a lovely clean atmosphere!!! About two weeks ago, manager Gabriel was holding the door open for a group of teenagers. Sadly, as they were leaving, the last teenager threw a glass of water at Gabriel’s face! Everyone was stunned! But Gabriel just dried himself and kept on serving the many customers and helped with getting the orders ready. Gabriel is the true epitome of a great leader! I was horrified to think that those teenagers thought what they did was funny! I visit this place often and I’ve never seen anything disturbing happen here besides this one unfortunate incident! This place is a cozy lovely safe restaurant. Now I must congratulate the staff, some which I know by name like Ange, Jeff, Binta, Halima, Erika, Jay and all the others that work extremely extremely hard to help maintain this restaurant in pristine condition always!!! I see them work so hard and it warms my heart! Especially, on the 2nd floor between the hours of about 11:30am to 6pm. It’s extremely busy! I truly wish management would have two employees cleaning & maintaining the upper level! It’s a lot of work for just one person! However, the one employee manages to greet everyone, offer their services, should we need anything, and keeps everything clean!!! And also brings customers their orders! To Binta, Ange, Jeff, Erika, Jay, Halima, Gabriel, Sam, Roosevelt, Ben and all the others. I want to say THANK YOU KINDLY for all you do everyday! This store is extremely fortunate to have you all working here! This is definitely the #1 Chick Fil-A store in Manhattan!!! To Ange, Jeff, Binta, Erika, Jay, Thank you all for your genuine kindness & friendliness! For taking time out of your busy schedule to ask how was my day! It’s truly appreciated!!! To the franchise owner of the store. I hope you’re aware of the amazing staff you have working here to help make your store a delight to visit! This I say sincerely!!! THANK YOU ALL KINDLY!!!

The food was delicious! What made my experience great was the host for the night Amina! She was so kind and charismatic, she made sure to let me know she was available when I needed her and she was hilarious! Her attempt at a Scottish accent brightened up my night, I’m looking forward to seeing her again!

I was here yesterday with a mobile order for the free 2 strips they were offering, along with an additional 10 strips. The store was crowded, making it confusing to find where to go, but Alijah quickly directed me to the pickup spot. A woman named Halima then approached, asked my name, and gave me an estimated wait time. After waiting several minutes and noticing people who ordered after me receiving their food first, I became concerned. The man from earlier, Alijah, updated me and personally delivered my food. Although the wait was longer than usual due to the crowds, I greatly appreciate the efforts to get my order to me. Alijah also complimented my new jacket, which brightened my mood for the rest of the day.

Health hazard reported via uber green stringy object on butter biscuit with cheese unexceptable why would you place that in a bag off for delivery to some one I'm sure you wouldn't serve it to your family terrible and not safe photo submitted as well.& not kid friendly or safe since google asked no it's not hazardous objects on food isn't safe for kids
