ordered food from their food truck today and it was disgusting. My order was more than $60. My ENTIRE FAMILY SUFFERED FROM FOOD POISONING & Had DIRREA The entire Night. I’m Reporting This Food Truck To The Health Department first thing in morning tomorrow. This is UNBELIEVABLE Smh.

I normally order from you guys and never really have an issue but on the 17th of July 2024 i did. I ordered Chicky and chips around 8 o'clock. It usually takes you guys an hour to make your dishes. However I was hanging around my friends house when we ordered and was waiting until after the rain has stopped to pick up our food. when I got there around 10 o'clock at night they told me they threw my order out that they don't keep food out after 3 hours. and the kid that was working there said that they were supposed to give me a refund, and they never did he said that 24 to 48 hrs still waiting on this refund and ya have no telephone number with nobody can contact you it is now Friday 5:01 PM where is my money?

Went to the Bronx location this past weekend. Ordered food at the kiosk which said it would be 12-20 minute wait. 20 minutes turned to OVER AN HOUR! This was when we called and miraculously the food was getting done at that moment. They had nothing to say as to why the food took over an hour to make. We then waited an ADDITIONAL 15 minutes for them to bring it down. Food was just ok. We had 2 orders of fries and not 1 ketchup packet was included in our bag. Definitely not worth the hour and half wait. Won’t go back

This place was an absolute let down. The food was below expectations. We got a chicken sandwich that tastes raw in the middle and season less. The wings we got were burnt and had a disgusting after taste. The fires were soggy and mediocre. Over all the food did not taste good and was the worth the wait or the money. I will never buy food from here again. BEWARE DO NOT EAT HERE!!
