Cookies are so fresh and warm. The perfect consistency, just the right amount of soft and gooey in the center, but doesn't fall apart. Staff at this location is super friendly. It's a very small shop, no place to sit or hang, so you got to take your cookies to go.

Every CHIP City I’ve visited has impressed me, and this one was no exception. The cleanliness, attentiveness, and patience of the staff are always top-notch. At this location, I witnessed a beautiful moment when a young community member brought in a coloring page...the staff lit up with excitement, and I noticed the walls were filled with drawings from other little patrons. It really shows how connected they are to the community. On top of that, the shop itself is beautiful and right across from the museum. It's surrounded by restaurants and tourist spots. A wonderful experience all around.

Avoid this place if you value kindness. I took my 6-year-old to Chip City for a treat, and he simply pointed at the cookie he wanted in the glass. The employee snapped at him, was rude to my whole family, and kept making nasty comments. When I told her there’s no reason to be rude, she actually said, “You can go to another store, you don’t need to buy here,” and refused to serve my child. Who talks to a 6-year-old like that? Disgusting behavior — we walked out upset and shocked.
