The staff at this location are exceptionally rude and the customer service is terrible. I placed a pickup order and walked 2 blocks back to my apartment, only to figure out they gave me the wrong bowl. I walked all the way back to the restaurant in the pouring rain. When I came in, they tried to stop me, yelling they were only taking pick up orders. Then when I told the cashier my story, not only did she not apologize for THEIR error for messing up my order, but she angrily stared at me and rolled her eyes before silently throwing my meal away. I will find another chipotle. I am done with this location’s attitude. Do not recommend. Go to Los Tacos nearby instead. Better food and service.

This location’s staff was incredibly rude. They don’t put the orders on a shelf so you have to ask at the register. The person at the register rang up 5 people without acknowledging me, and when I asked to pick up my order, she said something to someone else but nothing happened. I asked someone else behind the counter and they said “we’re busy right now you’re going to have to wait.” I said “the order was ready half an hour ago” and they said “we were busy half an hour ago.” Finally someone handed me my bag that had been sitting the whole time but I couldn’t believe the attitude.

I was there today after a long day, and I was really looking forward to going out to eat. I arrived, stood in line, and smiled at this girl, but she just gave me a dumb look and said nothing. Then I politely asked if I could get more rice because honestly, the portion was a joke. I asked again, nicely, if I could please have some more rice. Suddenly, this rude girl gets all worked up and says something in Spanish.
Then another employee asked what the problem was, and I said I just wanted a bit more rice—what’s the issue? The girl just stood there, looking annoyed. Then her colleague came, and I asked again. All good, she gave me more rice. I asked for chicken, and she said there was no chicken, blah blah.
Then I asked for vinegar, and she just looked at me like I was stupid and said some random word. Like, what? Anyway, all I want to say is that I have never had such a terrible customer service experience. Honestly, people can just be normal and nice. It’s not my fault that your life sucks.

Terrible. Never consistent hours. Very dirty, will be contacting health department. Went there at 8:30 today and the door was locked even though it is open until 11. The female workers on shift yap and don’t work and proclaim that ‘online only orders’ . I’ve gone here 5 times in a row and haven’t received service. The trash stacks up on the corner, why hasn’t health department closed this place down? I don’t want to read no silly PR suck up message unless it comes with a gift card for my troubles. I ended up going to the chipotle on spring street and received remarkable service.
I’ve been to this Chipotle many times because it’s close to my job, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I started work at 10 a.m. and waited until 10:45 to head over. When I arrived at 10:50, I was greeted with, “We’re closed,” as soon as I opened the door. Every question I asked was met with the same response: “We’re closed.” Finally, I asked when they’d be open, and the employee said, “I don’t know, maybe 11:30,” with no further explanation.
Keep in mind, it was less than 20 degrees outside. The one thing that should remain consistent is the posted store hours, and this Chipotle failed at that. The lack of professionalism and failure to acknowledge or apologize for the inconvenience, is unacceptable.

At 7:30pm on a Tuesday, they were “out of” sour cream because they “needed to make more” and the white rice was so hard that it was like eating pebbles.
When I asked for some fresh rice on the side a few minutes into eating, the red-haired cashier gave me attitude and said it wasn’t possible.
Soda machine was “not working”
Bathroom was “out of order”
Tables were dirty
I put these things in quotes because they were not said with much conviction… more like they were a way to avoid doing work.
Btw, if employees are clearly trying, I’ll never leave a bad review. But that was not the case here.
