This place closes at 11pm and they closed the bathroom on paying customers who are eating inside the restaurant. You can literally see employees going back and forth to use the bathroom but denying customers from using the bathroom. This is what you call bad management. You don’t have to be perfect but a bathroom that is designated for customers should not be shut down 3 hours before close of business.

If there was a no star I would give it 0. This chipotle in Noho New York is disgusting!! Please avoid! The staff in there are horrible, they do not care for the company, its reputation or its customers. The girl who served me today 12.04.23 @ 8:15pm was disgustingly rude, kept rolling her eyes whilst taking my order. The food was very cold and they had also overcharged me. Surrounding staff were very loud, rude and making sexual comments. Two staff members were taking the bins out whilst customers were eating (bins left a trail of smell) there was hours left till closing time. They also did not allow me to use their restroom/toilets. I had a receipt and asked but the girl who was serving the food, refused. If they do this openly in front of customers it’s very concerning to think of the behaviour and level of hygiene they carry out behind close doors. Again, please do not waste your money here!! Chipotle, please pick your staff carefully they are not helping the company.

I made an ordering mistake and Javier was fully accommodating to make it right! Saved the dinner :)

I travel a lot, tried Chipotle in Arizona, Virginia, Massachusetts... This is probably the worst Chipotle in the country. 17$ for the worst burrito. Never Again!

if i could give zero stars, i would.Went in and staff was playing fight. I asked them if I could scan my coupons, they said yes. I scan it and they play again, not paying attention to what they’re doing, so they don’t tell me my coupons didn’t scan. I notice I was charged more than I should and woman roll her eyes and say “your coupons didn’t scan”. I ask for a refund and she says no. I lost one of the discount because of the expiration date and because of the woman’s stupidity and bad work ;)

Ate my food right after I bought it and the chicken was cold. The place was messy and had a salsa cup just chilling on the floor, most likely because there were 2 people on the floor. The employee behind the counter was friendly though.
