Service is extremely slow between 2-3 PM. Every time I walk in around this time, there's always just one person handling the food, and the cashier is either there or missing. You're always left waiting for something. It's been like this for a few months now, creating long lines and frustration. The soda machine is broken half the time—either it's out of soda or there's no ice. This place definitely needs new management that can actually fix these issues!

Worst Chipotle in the city. Asked a staff for the code to the restroom and he stared at me and then he just pointed to the cashier "ask her" while the cashier is on the phone. Not sure how hard it is to just give the number out.

CHIPOTLE IS STILL UNDER SERVING IN THEIR BOWL. NOT A SOUL IN THE STORE AND THE MORON BEHIND THE COUNTER SAYS HE WILL CHARGE ME FOR EXTRA RICE AFTER HE PUT A SPOON OF RICE IN THE BOWL.... NO WONDER THE STORE WAS EMPTY ..
his has actually not really nothing to do with the food, because it’s fine. But I was getting harassed right in front of the door and the workers were inside and didn’t help me. When they were right front of the door I tried to signal for help as this man was touching me and all they did was stand there and watch, one of them. A girl with glasses literally had her phone out recording or taking a picture. It was two guys and one girl and not one did anything to help.
Edit: I accidentally put this on the wrong chipotle location. But this one is the right one.

This location I’m not sure what’s wrong with them but they do half a scoop. And then extra charge you if you want more rice, because they doing half a scoop. If I wanted just chicken and lettuce and cheese I’ll go to Taco Bell. Which is ridiculous. I did not come there to pay 12+ for half a bowl like some pet and even they get more food. Absolutely ridiculous. And it’s rice not even meat and still charged for it. I even asked the girl why is she scooping like that. Not going to that location ever again. I suggest the same for others. Mad cheap with the scoop but the meat scooping it heavy and the rice light. Make it make sense. And they did that to all the customers that was before me. And they didn’t say anything they was looking shocked. Just imagine going on break for work and you paying for something and they skimping your meal.
