Never eat here.The the bowl that I had was disgusting.It was not seasoned at all.This is the only chipotle I ever went to that, I didn't like if you want to go to chipotle, and you're near here, just go out of your way, do not come here because the bowls, at least I can speak on that are not good.Yeah, it tastes like water like the meat and didn't have no seasoning.

I’m waiting for my pick up order nobody addresses me .. common sense on why I’m standing by the mobile pick up side. One worker on his phone and the other worker in lala land looking at customers already being taken care of by the other staff. This place is horrible with no customer service training

Bought 2 bowls on a Wednesday night. Walked couple of blocks to eat them. They were both EXTREMLY salty. We believe it was de pico de gallo??? We are not sure, but it never been this salty. We threw them away it was impossible to eat and we were so hungry I’m pissed

The food made me SICK. i have never left a bad review anywhere but this chipotle is extremely bad. the rice was very undercooked, the sour cream was old, the chicken was burnt and hard to chew. the inside of the restaurant was unsanitary. i couldn’t finish my bowl. i immediately felt sick as i ate the bowl from this place and my stomach was very upset for hours.

Food was great until one of the they/them staff members called the cops. Let that staff member be in confusion with themselves. The cops are meant for emergencies not called on students that are patronizing the business. The beverage station also wasn't operating so I am unsure why the cops would be necessary. Confusion is one thing but to project that is irrational. Fix your services instead of creating more confusion. The cops who came were thankfully not aggressive but will continue giving low scores until the confusion is terminated

I ordered on doordash and they took an hour and a half for a simple bowl. Unacceptable.
I rarely post any bad reviews but my experience in this restaurant deserves to be written down. I never felt so stressed in a restaurant. The employees keep rushing you into making a desicision even though there was only one person behind. At the cashier there was so much confusion that I ended paying for someone else's food, additionally to my own (I was trying to order a drink separately). Something I only discovered later. The food was OK but I recommend going to another location.

Not only do the staff members serve smaller than usual food portions, but they have a nasty attitude towards customers…. This place needs to be cleaned more frequently, there was trash on the tables, the garbage bins were overflowing, the was a homeless man fouling around the soda fountain are. I was clearly dissatisfied, this could be the worst establishment in the area. I’ve seen other chipotle establishments that are busier and cleaner, they definitely have no excuse for a dirty establishment
