This had to be one of the Chipotles that got in trouble for too-small servings of several ingredients. Even after I asked in disbelief if that's the serving size for the protein, they maintained that that was the correct amount. My wife had to ask for more lettuce twice. She ordered a salad! I not coming here again.

Went on a Saturday , Food Was Very Good (Compliments to the chef or whomever cooked it), the Smoked Brisket (Limited Time) is definitely something to try. Area is pretty cramped though the eating area was clean. My only issue was the preparers of the food. Don't know what was up with the attitudes so early in the morning. When trying to ask which spicy sauce was "Spicier", person rolled their eyes And defaulted to the seemingly only person that spoke fluent English (This is more of a knock towards the rolling of the eyes and attitude, not the the language barrier). When I was able to decide, barely a "String" of sauce was given. I Don't go to Chipotle much but the times in the past I have gone I remember service being more cordial and friendly (at other locations)......
I can recommend Chipotle food, unfortunately just not this location

The male cashier is always rude at this location. i dread going when he goes. Hes a chunky older hispanic guy that just never seems friendly. always uninterested in his job & looks annoyed to be there. Anytime i have questions about my rewards or need help he just seems bothered and annoyed. i asked for water cup and he says theres none. Im sure theres more downstairs so im not sure why he never has his station prepped or asks someone to get some. The fountain drinks area is always empty of spoons/forks/napkins, straws, its unorganized and not clean with juice all over the counter. He clearly does not want to be there and im unsure how hes had his job for this long when other people in the hospital and surrounding areas agree with me. Seeing how this is my closest location and the only way for me to get chipotle, i deal with it but i cannot stand when i get to area to pay and i have to deal with him. everyone else is always so cheerful and happy and ive never seen a smile towards a customer.

I’m a big fan of Chipotle’s rice bowls, but a few weeks ago, I got a veggie rice bowl for lunch, and the experience was disappointing. The store was really crowded, and the bowl was barely half full. I added extra guacamole, and the total came to $14. It felt like a lot to pay for a meal that didn’t even fill me up. ☹️

The rice to chicken ratio was astounding. Three scoops of rice, half a scoop of chicken, and an attitude when I asked the woman to give me just a little more chicken.
The rice lacked flavor (no lime juice, salt, or cilantro), was overcooked, and clumpy. The black beans lacked flavor. The chicken was hard. They are constantly out of items on the main bar, leading to a wait.
Will not be returning under any conditions. Please save yourself the headache.

I am literally standing here waiting for someone to acknowledge me when there are four workers laughing and talking. They made eye contact and everything they are outright ignoring me…I get if it was busy and they’re short staffed but legit 4 of them and I’m the only one on the line. Lmao all I came for is a guac. I usually am understanding but cmon dude really? And it’s not the first time they do this which is why I’m leaving this review. I get customer service sucks sometimes but you could just take my order and go back to laughing and talking.

Food is comparable to other locations. Small eating area that can get crowded fast. The service at this location is terrible. I have had large catering orders delayed or just not processed even though they were placed days ago. Today, I had a pickup order and the location was closed. It took repeated loud knocking on the glass door for the employee sitting inside and looking at me to open the door. Then, there was that issue with rats here a few years ago. Never coming back to this location.

This location selectively pick lighter color skin folks to have water cups but they will tell black folks the machine don’t work. WATER CUPS HELP YOU GET A FREE DRINK (and everyone at every location has been pulls this stunt. They also give a smaller portion to the black as well. I come in here everyday for lunch an today was the last straw. They YELLED a shouted that I had to pay an I asked anoth mee customer in uniform did they treat him the same way an he did no. My feeling is hurt , I feel degraded as black women. Even the ppl sittin dwn had water cups I’m not sure why I was single out. Black Lives Matter too ! Put the black lady on blast but not your own kind. We deserve to be treated as equal !
