Anemic portions compared to my usual midtown lunch spot. Usual third world mediocrity that screams Washington Heights.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to by far. Ordered a salad bowl, the lettuce was wilted and DIRTY. Actual black stuff on the lettuce. I showed this to a worker and asked for a new bowl. She only gave me some new lettuce, not a new bowl, and the new lettuce was also DIRTY. Clearly not washed. The chips were stale and gross. All the workers were shouting at each other the entire time very loudly, even while I was ordering

Was in the line for the last 3mins and nobody is willing to take my order. 3 spanish ladies is playing by the counter,like they're pushing who's going to take orders. And this is not the 1st time..

I've actually never had an issue until now. Picked up my order. Got home to find there was no chicken in my bowl. Was highly upset. Added a star just because I was given a little extra when they ran out of an item.

They are stingy with the food portions they BARELY give you any food the burrito I got was smaller than an avocado and the service overall is terrible

Chipotle management needs to do some serious work here. Consistently one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to, by far. This location serves doctors, nurses, and hospital staff every day and the quality of service needs to be improved. Ingredients are always running low, orders being stolen and/or incorrectly fulfilled. Counters don’t look clean. Chipotle, do better.

Why are you open until 11pm but don't have guacamole, something like EVERYONE wants, at 8pm??????? The Chipotle guac recipe is online. I think I'm just going to make my own guac, get some black beans and chicken. Make my own chipotle which will be half the cost. This is not a rare occurrence, this happens quite often. Hours before closing they're out of something, whether it's chips, guac, brown rice, or something else. People have been saying this in past reviews. But it keeps happening. Would be amazing if for 1 month nobody ate Chipotle. I bet that would get someone to act.

Dear Chipotle Customer Service,
I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had at one of your locations.
I visited the store at approximately 8:40 PM and requested a steak entrée. To my surprise, the manager on duty, Maria, informed me that steak is no longer prepared after 8 PM despite the store being open until 11 PM. This policy was not posted anywhere, and frankly, it does not make sense to stop serving a core menu item three hours before closing.
Additionally, the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. Maria was extremely dismissive and rude when I asked for clarification. Her attitude made the experience even more frustrating and unpleasant.
I have always enjoyed Chipotle and appreciate the quality of your food and service, but this interaction left me very disappointed. I would appreciate it if this issue could be looked into and addressed appropriately. Clear policies, respectful customer service, and consistency in menu availability should be a priority.

Food was nasty and bland never ate chipotle and it taste so bland. Not to mention the cashier whom charged me he tried to keep my change. If he wasn’t on the phone running his mouth he would’ve realized he didn’t give me my change back. Tried to say he gave it to me but only handed me a receipt and 20cent. Never returning. Food nasty anyway. The best location and price is on 231st and Broadway “your welcome in advance”

Most staff have Bad attitudes & bad food. When I say bad, the brown rice was hard and the chicken was salty. This is my 3rd and FINAL visit to this location.
