Food was below par compared to other locations. Service was rude and taking their sweet time at such a busy hour. There was no lettuce or any drink options available too, and few seats (people were taking up seats with their bags or just sitting there talking as I was forced to stand). Overall very upset about the experience.

For some reason this particular location is always running short on items hours before its closing time. This wouldn’t be an issue if they had plans to replenish the items, but no, when they are out, they are out. Additionally, they hardly ever have the rice without cilantro, whereas as every other Chipotle that I’ve gone to in the city has had it. The chips here are super salty and the gauc tends to be turning color all the time. It’s so unfortunate because it’s so close.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu.

Finally learned that the key is not to get the sour cream and sofrito/salsa, and/or hot sauce, on top of my food, but on the side so as not to interfere with the flavor of the meat and rice. Also, the condiments are cold, and I don't want the cold on my warm food.Because of that, I FINALLY get why Chipotle is so loved! It's taken me YEARS to discover this.I think the rice is flavored with either lemon or lime and I LOVE it! Especially with the cilantro. DELICIOUS! I flavor my rice the same way. Some of the rice is always a little al dente, but tolerable. Better that than mush.The best is getting the steak and chicken.Then have a seat and mix a little of the condiments as you eat. TO! DIE! FOR!

I am a fan of chipotle, but let me tell you about this horrible location. The staff here needs to be replaced. The location was set to open at 10:45 I had been waiting outside the doors since 10:35am and made eye contact with both of the only employees working. at 1050am one of the two staffers working gave me the cut throat signal through the window, I guess indicating that they were closed. Eight minutes later, well after 12 customers including myself had attempted to open the locked door, the male worker came out and communicated that they were short staff and won't open the establishment until 12pm. He explained that there were only two of them working and they needed time to prep the food. Maybe because this is an underserved community and it's difficult getting workers to this area, that would cause such disfunction. Either way, it needs to be remedied. Offer higher pay, they may attract better dedicated employees. Needless to say I didn't have chipotle that day. Good thing there was an authentic Mexican food stand steps away who took all the customers chipotle lost that afternoon. I recommend a hard pass on this location!
