Not much to say… understaffed or they just don’t care. These photos were taken at 4PM, out of almost all meats indefinitely, “not available” when I ask someone behind the counter. Glass and counter top neglected and gross. And only one person behind the counter fulfilling orders… the line was backed up to the door. I live a block from here and have been coming every so often for the last 4 years. I always leave disappointed.

The front and back of the house is unkept and dirty. The area where food is prepped for service is full of remnants of previous food prep. The cashier area is full of crumbs and also remnants of past take out. The dining area also dirty and left over customer garbage. The lack of awareness that a restaurant should present as clean and sanitary for potential customers is clearly evident. Where is management taking pride in their location being clean and appetizing for customers. No excuses!

I've been a Chipotle customer for years. However, today, I was extremely disappointed I ordered a Carnitas bowl to go. When I got home ready to enjoy my food, I discovered the white rice was hard and undercooked, and the Carnitas was mostly fatty pieces of meat. This was truly money wasted.
The worst Chipotle in manhattan. I was overcharged here and they're always out of something. They're out of chicken and brisket today. Horrible customer service and the place is filthy.

Very dirty, table very dirty, garbage bin overflow, drink dispenser dirty. Food just like other chipotle. I think is not chipotle is the students roaming around... chipotle should put sign everywhere to teach poor students to learn what to do.

I ordered 2 different bowls here to go, and they got it wrong . Both bowls have missing items. There was no guacamole, no queso, and no veggies. It was extremely frustrating, especially when it was asked for and paid for. And no one answers the phone when you try calling. Chipotle has to do better.
