Do not come here after 8pm. The dinning area is a mess everytime and they are out of half of the food 3 hrs before closing and refuse to make more. Everyone seems like they are high and don't care, management is more concerned with getting home early than having food ready. I have been living around the corner from this location for a year and Everytime I think it might be different, it's not. No rice at all, or only have one meat. Seriously the worst chipotle I have been to in 4 states.

I don't know if it's this location or what, they gave me tiny amounts of meat and loads of rice and beans in the bowl. I ordered half steak and half chicken, and I got 2.5 pieces of chicken (cubes) and 3 pieces of steak. Incredible.

Came in close to closing and instead of hurrying me out like im used to in other places they were respectful and courteous. Young man making the meal was explaining what they were running out of so I said surprise me with chicken and he did nothing short of an awesome job. Overall energy and atmosphere was positive, solid, awesome. Very conducive to good productivity very commendable??

The service was horrible the prep girl was acting like she was forced to be there , there was no cheese an no ice either and the restaurant was dirty, they should’ve a sign letting the costumers know that there was no cheese or ice… I won’t be going back to that store again.

AWFUL I HATE THIS PLACE, THE STAFF, THE FOOD AND WILL NEVER COME BACK (EVEN IF YOU PAY ME FOR) !!!!!! Staff was unpleasant ! I came with my sister to share a good moment together but finally it wasn’t ! We asked for white rice and the guy was terribly impolite and told us “NO MORE” ! We had the chance to get this same answer three more times (for the beans and meat )! WONDERFUL ! The man was exasperated… and really mean. He put so much spicy into my bowl so that I got sick for 2 days suffering from a terrible stomachache! I SINCERELY HOPE YOU WILL NEVER GO THERE !

By far the worst Chipotle in the city. I've worked retail and fast food, I know it can be stressful, but I've come here twice during off-peak with a pick-up order and they process about 3-4 IN-PERSON orders before even making mine (when it was supposed to be ready to pick up 5-10 minutes before I came). This is the second time they have made me late to work because they didn't have my order ready. Yet all the employees are standing around laughing, joking with each other and giving me weird looks. Very unprofessional and rude staff.
didn’t give us guac on any dishes. we paid for it though. skimped hardcore on cheese and sour cream. bare dish. will continue to go to the less convenient

This really is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Bones in chicken, over salted meats, they almost never have anything that you want, girls always playing around in the back. It’s a really unprofessional, inefficient chipotle and I hate it because it’s the only one near the Columbia area

I love chipotle and usually have an okay experience at this one in particular. After a long and hard and late day at work I was hoping I could pick up a salad on my way home. I walk into the store at 9 pm on a Sunday and the employee screams at the top of his lungs “we have no rice, no beans, no chicken, no beef, no lettuce.” That did not leave much for me to choose from. For context, this location wasn’t supposed to close until 10 pm so they were planning on not having those ingredients for customers for at least an hour. From working a long and stressful shift to seeing the employees at this chipotle be so rude and lazy was quite the juxtaposition. I won’t be back.
