Made a web order in advance, it's not done when I get there at the time stated. I actually waited in line to order it normally and get it faster, but the lady told me I had to wait. They served other people first and ran out of ingredients telling me I had to wait 10-15 minutes for it-wtf? The online order was late and they wanted me to wait extra. I went here (350 Fifth Avenue, Ste 4-5, New York, NY 10118) as a tourist in NYC on 7/17/21 at about 12:40pm with an acquaintance who needed to use the restroom. He purchased an item from a certain "Kimberly" and was given the code to enter the bathroom. As he exited and headed outside to wait for me to go to the bathroom next, I grabbed the door to use the bathroom, but (the bathroom and the exit door are next to each other, so my acquaintance was already outside) I was intercepted by a woman employee, perhaps 18-25 years old, the same Kimberly as before, who said in a most demeaning manner I couldn't use the bathroom unless I made a purchase, pointing to a hard-to-read sign on the bathroom door that (perhaps) said something to that effect. I responded the purchase had already been made but, raising her voice at me and in an alarming tone --the sort of pride-ridden tone you would hear from someone who was nervous from having been proving wrong--, she persisted in making a show arguing, very loudly, I had to make my own purchase, but attempting to humiliate me. I told her she didn't have to make a show, that I could make my own purchase and I went to the counter and ordered a bottle of water from her (Receipt information: Host: Kimberly; date: 07/17/21; time: 12:41pm; Order # 126) and paid with a credit card. I was busy unscrewing the bottle of bottle when she attempted to hand me the receipt so I told her she could leave it on the counter, but she wouldn't, responding instead, "Here's your receipt; TAKE IT". I was taking a sip of water as she continued to ORDER me to take it and I responded, a bit louder as I thought she hadn't heard me, that she could leave it "there" (pointing on the counter). As she continued to HARASS me with the receipt, her not being willing to just leaving the receipt on the counter, I asked another employee nearby for the store manager. A very polite black man (I don't have his name) came to the counter, positioned himself between the nasty Kimberly employee and myself (specifically in the entryway between the customers' counter ordering area, and the other side of the counter, the employees' order-taking area) and identified himself as the manager, and I proceeded to state to him that his employee was refusing to leave my receipt on the counter for me to pick up, but was interrupted by the nasty Kimberly employee who impulsively started telling the manager something about the bathroom. I told her not to interrupt me that she would get her turn, and I proceeded to ask him if he wouldn't mind and pass me the receipt, which he promptly did, I thanked him and went on my way. Behind me, I could sill heard the nasty "Kimberly" employee grumbling to the manager, in a wining voice state something about the bathroom.

Absolute trash. The food was incredibly subpar and WAYYYY overpriced for the quality. The guac had huge avocado chunks that was quite hard. The chicken had no flavor and the tomatoes straight up tasted wrong. NEVER. AGAIN

Horrible service by Yordania. Asked for a beef quesadilla and she just gave me a greasy mess of a whole tortilla that’s not even cut up like their actual quesadilla. If I go there again she’s the last person I want making my food.

Chipotle sometimes can be a hit or miss depending on the location. This was definitely a hit at the 34th street location next to the Empire State Building. The food was fresh, delicious and tasty.
