I was in the area for work purposes. This was the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve been to on all my work trips. The customer service was even worse, and they were out of many of the foods. Please send a district manager in for oversight!

I love Chipotle. This one in particular runs pretty smooth. Not too long of a wait time usually no matter how the long the line is. This restaurant is often busy anytime I've ever went ( day or night) so I'd assume it's pretty popular in the area amongst all the other places to eat and dine.

Underwhelming as it's a +10 min wait after app reports should be waiting on shelf...actually no orders are on shelf and participate in the gathering around the cashier for your order. Meal is just enough to meet your expectations.

Food was great but the person taking the money at the till was very unpleasant and incredibly blunt. Lots of staff standing around while the drinks fridge was near empty.

If I could leave a 0 rating I would. I was double charged for my chips and guacamole and the cashier was so unbelievably rude. Talked to a manager about it and without looking into the situation at all just immediately sided with her. Will never come back and strongly suggest no one else should. Disgusting.
Highly recommended place, large place with plenty of tables to sit at. The vast majority of them are high tables.
Pretty good food, it's not 100% Mexican but everything tasted good. Also very good price-quality.
One of the guys who attended to us, seeing that we were Spanish, attended to us in Spanish.
In our case we stopped for lunch on our way back from walking across the Brooklyn Bridge.

On Wednesday night at 10 pm after work I decided to get chipotle for my spouse (I rarely ever eat ) I proceeded to order off my phone because I didn’t know what the order was , and apparently I was slow for the guy scooping the food cus he proceeded to tell me “tell me the whole order “ after I asked for a little extra rice , then I was getting ready to pay , and the lady in the register told me I wasn’t able to dine anymore . I asked if I could wait for my Uber since it was cold out , she proceeded to say “well how long will it take because I still have to sweep and mop “ so I just told her I’d leave . I work in the service Industry so getting closer to closing you want to just go home . But never again
