If I could leave a 0 rating I would. I was double charged for my chips and guacamole and the cashier was so unbelievably rude. Talked to a manager about it and without looking into the situation at all just immediately sided with her. Will never come back and strongly suggest no one else should. Disgusting.

Highly recommended place, large place with plenty of tables to sit at. The vast majority of them are high tables.
Pretty good food, it's not 100% Mexican but everything tasted good. Also very good price-quality.
One of the guys who attended to us, seeing that we were Spanish, attended to us in Spanish.
In our case we stopped for lunch on our way back from walking across the Brooklyn Bridge.

On Wednesday night at 10 pm after work I decided to get chipotle for my spouse (I rarely ever eat ) I proceeded to order off my phone because I didn’t know what the order was , and apparently I was slow for the guy scooping the food cus he proceeded to tell me “tell me the whole order “ after I asked for a little extra rice , then I was getting ready to pay , and the lady in the register told me I wasn’t able to dine anymore . I asked if I could wait for my Uber since it was cold out , she proceeded to say “well how long will it take because I still have to sweep and mop “ so I just told her I’d leave . I work in the service Industry so getting closer to closing you want to just go home . But never again

....the toilet seat is just pain missing. You can not have that at a chipotle for VERY obvious reasons. That is all.

I love chipotle! But this location sucks.
I’ve gone here many times because it’s convenient and I’ve finally decided I’m never going back.
They’re always out of 20% of ingredients, the portions are smaller than any chipotle I’ve been to, and the service is abhorrent.
If you go here, the employees will look at you with such distain that you’ll feel rude for purchasing their food. Without exception.
It must be a terrible manager, unless they hire people off the basis of hating their job.
It’s just terrible across the board.
They should shut this location down and save everyone a lot of grief.
I’ll be doing my part by not giving them another dollar.
And no chipotle, I will not reach to your contact page. Just gonna leave this here for everyone to make their own decisions.
