Worst Burrito wrap ever. The guy that took my order with a nasty attitude. I won’t go back.

Why is the rice always so hard? This is my 6th time going to this location and nothings changed…does management even do anything to resolve these issues?
Serving raw and hard food is just NOT acceptable. Says a lot about management.

They make your burrito/bowl like the ingredients come straight out of their personal bank account. This location is also consistently out of items and seemingly closes whenever they feel like it. Horrendous attitude from every staff member. Whoever is management needs to be let go

Not a good Chipotle. Always out of chicken
Hours are pretty random. I was there at 9:10pm today and they had closed. Mopping up and everything. I suggest calling ahead, but I’m not really sure how effective that would be.

Snobby, snarky servers. Gave half scoops of everything and constantly eye rolling and scoffing. Terrible service won’t be coming to this location again

To the cashier who took my order at 8:19 PM on 10/30/24, I was very disappointed by the lack of respect and courtesy. When I tried to use a coupon for free chips, I politely informed her, assuming it would be straightforward. Instead, I was met with an unexpected attitude and a dismissive response, “Oh, you have to let me know so I can scan it.” When I explained that I was indeed informing her at that moment, she responded rudely and carelessly placed my items in the bag.
As someone who works in customer service, I know the importance of treating customers with respect, and I’ve never encountered this level of hostility in any service experience. This encounter left a negative impression on what was otherwise a great brand experience. I hope this location addresses these service standards, as one person’s behavior can impact the entire atmosphere.

Great Chipotle, staff was nice and competent despite what others are saying. You get what you get at every other Chipotle so I give it 5 stars because it’s what I expected/wanted when I went.
They were out of chicken but gave me brisket for free as an upgrade

It is unconscionable that this store remains open. The staff are rude and entirely useless, constantly making it arbitrarily difficult to order your food. If they worked anywhere else, they would have been fired long ago.

Restaurantji Recommends
Doors were locked 1h15m before closing time
They messed up 3 orders, each missing a protein and another 2 tortillas. It was super skimpy on what they did put in (rice). On the upside, I did send an email, and customer service gave me 3 meal credits, but I can't use it at the same time, when I bought all 3 meals at the same time for my kids.

not gonna lie this is the saddest bowl i have ever gotten at any chipotle ever. its 9 pm, the store closes at 11pm. how do you not have pico, lettuce, and hot salsa. the cheese was also frozen. the worker gave half a scoop of protein. at this point just close. the workers close and lock the doors at 10 pm anyways. dont come here. worse chipotle ever.

Very unacceptable standard by the workers and the people managing this Chipotle. Avoid at all cost!!!! Leaving a sticker on people’s guac. Nice 👍🏽

This chipotle isn’t up to the standard. The workers rush you, they give the smallest portions I’ve seen in the area. They give half spoons of everything. I understand they want to be “fast”, but it’s costing them on the quality of product. I expect a decent sized bowl for $12. Not half a bowl.
They should really retrain staff in customer service and etiquette as well. Don’t need the cashier waving her hand in my face while I’m trying to pay, I can’t pay any faster. Stop prioritizing how fast you can move, but focus on giving people what they’re paying for.
