I haven't eaten it for years after I saw hair in my food. I gave it another chance and it was so salty I couldn't eat it and the meat was dry.

Constantly out of food. Terribly slow service even when you’re the only person in here. Portion sizes are frequently too small. Staff always has a horrible attitude. Staff has to close the kitchen for 20 minutes during peak dinner service to catch up. I wish I could do anything to not eat here but unfortunately I live right next to it so it only makes sense. Please put a competent manager here so that

I walked in 8:30pm on a friday night 7/25/25. Ordered a kids meal and a side of sour cream. $1.75 for a side of sour cream (highway robbery). I frequent Chipotle and am A loyal customer. NEVER HAVE i been charged for sour cream. I get it inflation. But WOW. Then the cashier was rude (body language says it all) when i said i didn’t want the sour cream. The food wasn’t hot.The chicken was SUPER SALTY.. The beans were a little spicy and the rice was hard. Not sure if they were about to close but sign said 11pm close. It seemed like they were leaving at 9. But for sure wont be back to this location.

Bad customer service, they’re always running out of standard ingredients (lettuce, chicken, etc.), and they put way too much salt on everything, relative to other chipotle locations

So i don’t usually rate anywhere but when there’s a problem every time i come in i have to let the owners/ establishment know. Some days the chicken is Wayyy too salty almost not eatable, other times there’s no forks or horrible customer service. Honestly i started to go to other chipotles even though this one is nearer.

ROACHES! There was a roach by the pick up counter.... the place looks clean but ???? Ew???

Service so slow and rude. Im standing at the pick up area for mad long no one came to assist for a while. Finally a woman did and she was rude about it. They started my order when they finally came and spoke to me. My pick up is for 1:10 why start mine at 5 other late orders at 1:09...

Finally get my food and this rice is old hard and dry. Just nasty. Biting into bricks... I was better off ordering in person, I would've got my food faster and I bet the rice wouldn't have been old since they prioritized the in person orders first....

Tried to get a refund thru the app and I haven't received anything...

I ordered a burrito bowl and they only gave me 6 pieces of chicken in my bowl. This happened more then once. I do not recommend this chipotle branch at all.

Staff is disorganized, had a lot of food that was not refilled. A Spanish speaking member on the floor told her other coworker to “deal with me” not understanding that I also speak in Spanish. Very dissatisfied with this location.
