Terrible service, i waited for someone to help me for 2 minutes only me in line, they were out of steak, i said ill wait, they said its a 30 minute wait time then i said ill still wait, then they had it within 5 minutes, then a latina lady cursed me in spanish... all because i wanted steak... Never going to this chipotle again. Just need better employees is all.

Honestly this location used to be my favorite to go to but I’m guessing this location must be where they train new people. The workers change so frequently and the service honestly has just gotten bad. The attitude of the people that work at this location is horrible. I always order guacamole and chips and it’s always salty. I stopped coming to this location on a whole but I visited today because someone else was buying me food and I ordered the guacamole and of course it’s EXTREMELY SALTY and I don’t want to go back because it’s cold. I just give up on this location. Will always love and eat chipotle but this location is not it. My favorite person that used to work at this location has moved to the 14 street union square location and I actually go there often and have no complaints about that location or the workers or the food. The guacamole at union square is always yummy.Vegetarian options: The fajita veggies are usually good.

Every single time I order from this location there is an issue. Horrible management and consistent mistakes with my very simple order. Their soda machine will be broken for six months on end and then when you get to the restaurant they tell you they can’t refund you. You’ll mobile order and show up at the specified time and have to wait 20 minutes extra because they don’t have a worker staffed on the to-go station. You’ll get home with your order and it’ll be half wrong and missing. I don’t think there is a worse Chipotle location in all of Manhattan.

I swear they're always either rationing their toppings and giving out half scoops or just plain out of certain toppings. Why a massive chain like Chipotle is always out of ingredients is beyond me. I just got scammed so badly over there that I felt the need to leave a review.

Mann this place has problems. They ALWAYS run out of something. Many times i go and theres no white rice. There has been times that i went and the registers weren't working. Last week for example they said i would have to order online. Theres always somethin with this place. To the point i can nearly gurantee next time i go there will be another issue.
Five stars to the manager working on Halloween for honoring the boo-rito deal in store when the Chipotle app wasn’t working. The carne asada bowl was great!

At the time of this visit I asked the cashier if I could have vinaigrette with my order, without looking, he immediately says “we don’t have any vinaigrette.” I said to him “I saw it, I just forgot to ask for it before.” He turns to his coworker and asked her if there was any vinaigrette, she looks over at the vinaigrette and looks back at him and says “no.” I pay for my food and I walk over to the employee nearest to the vinaigrette and I ask him to give me one and he does. The service at this location is ALWAYS POOR. I expect a rude employee, I expect an attitude every single time I enter this location. I try to give them grace because I have worked in the service industry, but I can no longer support this location. There has to be a reason the employees are so unhappy. Is this location severely understaffed or do they just not want to work? I think the quality of chipotle has gone down a lot since inception and it is so sad. It used to be a great place to get quality fast food. Now I just get berated with a side of cold food. DO BETTER.
