I found an extremely long red hair in my food.( I’m a short curly haired woman, and my hair is dark brown) I was so excited for my bowl, just to pull out a hair from my mouth. I was so distraught and nauseous and I know it’s a health violation to not wear hairnets while serving food.

Not sure why there is a giant uncut lettuce leaf in my bowl. I feel like I’m inconveniencing the workers whenever I come in. Chips are too salty and stale but it was 9pm.

Nothing to do with the food, 9pm and the bathrooms are ‘closed’. I asked a manager and he said it’s because they are about to clean it. No one was cleaning, again store closes at 11 why are they pre closing this early.

Even in the rush, they move with purpose and make sure every customer feels seen and taken care of. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service really stand out.
