Fast, affordable, and somehow very, consistent across the city. And with everything, from the ingredients to the taste, even the smells and textures of my preference, Now, if I had one bad thing to say it's that the packaging sucks, leaks and even the paper bags FAIL with a sneeze. I have 2 simple solutions that are potentially cost effective and easy to manufacture...

I recently visited this chipotle, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The worker at the counter (picture below) was incredibly rude and impatient, acting as if my presence was an inconvenience. Their attitude made the entire ordering process uncomfortable and frustrating.
To make matters worse, the food I received was clearly not fresh or up to standard. The rice was cold and hard. I expected much better quality, even from a fast-food establishment.
Overall, the combination of poor customer service and subpar food left me feeling very dissatisfied. I won’t be returning anytime soon and wouldn’t recommend this location to others.

Food is wildly salted
They have messed up 2 catering orders. Too salty, not ready on time, absurd portion of chicken… maybe 4 oz
The managers are not kind, helpful, professional, understanding.

rudest chipotle I've ever been to. they kept attempting to upcharge and upsell without listening to my wants for my order, then kept rushing me down the line (it wasn't that busy), then when I handed the cashier my money he slammed my change in my hand, I also have fibromyalgia so he hurt my hand.
Corporate will be called.
I’m very concerned there’s some environmental factors at this location causing all the staff to have Parkinson’s because every time they take a scoop of meat their hand shakes and half the scoop falls out.

I want to give a big thank you publicly to Aries who made my evening with the incredible attention to detail and overwhelming customer service skills. She can clearly see that I needed help and didn’t hesitate to step in! The line was long and the place was crowded , but I mattered as an individual and my order was met with excellence … and a smile! Thank you very much Aries!

This has to be the worst chipotle I’ve walked into. I ordered 3 hard tacos to go and was prompted that I would be unable to receive a bowl to carry it in and that I had to use aluminum foil… to carry hard tacos around manhattan?? After persistently asking for a bowl, I was then told I was gonna be charged for a bowl although I was getting hard tacos. Then after getting to my workplace, I take a bite of a completely unseasoned steak taco. I took one bite and threw the rest out. Will just walk one block further next time for some DOS TOROS.

What can I say, ....fast food...average. The unbearable thing, however, is the rush they give you when you order...a stress and you don't have time to think because they want to move on to the other customer straight away...a money machine obviously.

Another great Chipotle in the city. Fast moving and really only busy during the lunch rush.. even then, the service was spot on. Will be coming back for sure.

This isn’t so much to do with the service people, or even taste of the food. But I legit can’t go to this spot during prime time lunch hours because they have, MULTIPLE times, shortened the quantity of food they serve. It’s insanely different portion sizes during peak and off peak. Same cost though, and SAME hunger but for some reason they decide I need less food when it’s convenient? Seems systemic issues and not specific to this one but definitely frustrating

STRANGE!
It was practically empty during lunchtime. That was strange.
The good part is the rice was fully cooked. I asked for chicken and steak.
She incredibly put 7 pieces of chicken SEVEN pieces, then knocked a few pieces BACK INTO THE CONTAINER AS IF SAY FIVE PIECES IS ENOUGH 😮.
I thought I would have shame on asking for a little more, but after that move, I politely asked for more. She added three more pieces 😮
For the steak, she added the spoon. No problem.
They normally charge me around $25 (with a bottle of Izze), for this, which I don't mind paying, but I wasn't charged nearly that much.
I'm SO confused! Maybe that's why it was empty when it should have had a line.
The following day was going to go to another one, a few miles away, but the line was too long, and so crowded, it looked like covid waiting to happen. I have to remember not to be on the streets of New York during the school dismissal hours.
Please Chipotle, don't ask me to reach out to you. When I do reach out, I'll reach out to your CEO. Thank you.

Most disgusting chipotle I've been in. Customer service was garbage (it's nyc but even then it was exceptionally horrible). Worker acted as if she was annoyed to stop her conversation with her coworkers worker to fix my order. Barely placed enough rice in the bowl to cover the bottom. She also placed hair in the sour cream and I didn't see it until halfway through the meal.
Unsanitary, disgusting, and sorry. NEGATIVE 50 STARS.
