Service is the worse. Servers don't have any customer service training (apparently). Portions (bowls) are tiny and get smaller during lunch hour... Ridiculous. I'm going for alternatives from now on

I've visited this location several times before. The service line was friendly and well-staffed, and customers moved through it quickly and efficiently. I ordered the chicken burrito. When they chose the tortilla to put in the warmer, it appeared darker in color, like wheat and thinner in texture. All of the other ingredients looked fine. When I bit into the burrito, I noticed a lack of familiar flavors. The burrito bread and its fillings were oily. If I'm hungry enough, I can finish a burrito of this size in one sitting. Today, I ate about half and chucked the rest as I was not enjoying it at all. Perhaps they changed the quality of some of their ingredients. Next time I visit, I'll order a burrito bowl.
