I am in love with Chipotle, I go by this restaurant, when I have to go to Bellvue to see my doctor. The staff is great the place is nice. Chipotle has nice layout in all there stores.

Writing my first Google review in the decade plus I have had an account to say the service here is awful. They consistently don't acknowledge walks-in and make you stand there for five minutes just to tell you they are of something once they feel like acknowledging the customer. I am not at all expecting like dining service but to make people that long just to chat is not cool. Walking in and putting in an online order would likely result in faster service. As other commentators have noted, they may as well close at 8pm if they are consistently out of everything after then

Place is an absolute mess, trash everywhere and never gets cleaned up. They let homeless people loiter in all the time, tiny portion sizes and they always run out of food at least an hour before closing. Haven’t had this bad of an experience in any other location the management needs to change.

I can’t believe I’m taking the time to write this, but that’s HOW offensive this location has become. Their manager and staff need to be replaced immediately. It must be the worst location in the whole city. They allow homeless people to sit in there every evening and throw things and shout at Customers, then give them FREE food and drinks!! I have seen it multiple times with my own eyes. Then 3 hours before closing time, they are ALWAYS out of major ingredients. Then when you ask when they might have them again, they roll their eyes and say they have no clue. Not 5 mins before closing… like HOURS before. If they actually have enough ingredients to make a bowl for you, these staff members basically throw 3 pieces of meat or 3 Shreds of cheese in the bowl then when you ask for a normal portion, they are so rude and say “oh you want a double portion”? Like no, I want a normal portion. They are so rude and throw the food with zero care at all. It’s embarrassing for your brand to allow this location to operate in such a way. I literally bring my pepper spray there cause Of the violent crazy people they allow to hang out inside every night. What does that say?

I worked in food service before so i try to be kind but their service here is horrible and hours before closing they refuse to refill anything and are mad stingy and will gaslight you about not having vinigarette when it’s right behind them in the fridge like it comes out of their paycheck by far the worst chipotle location i been to

This Chipotle on 2nd Ave is not worth going to. Consistently small portions, employees with terrible attitude, and always out of multiple ingredients. Last time I went, they were out of corn at 8pm and they said they can’t take out more because it’s for tomorrow. What??? I’ve been to this location several times and I will not go back. Better off at the Park Ave location.

When I say these managers need to be replaced with better people it needs to happen IMMEDIATELY! They act as an if the food is coming straight out of there pockets,they refuse to give a full spoon of meat or even a half and the worst part is they throw it away at night so they are just being evil on purpose, they rush the service and charge extra for every little thing 😒 not only that they talk bad about customers in different language not realizing that other people speak different languages as well. Please do something about the overweight Hispanic female manager with the horrible attitude.

Once the server made my bowl, I remembered why I haven't been to the restaurant. The portion size for the honey chicken was dwarfed by the rice. With her spoon she picked up a small portion and dumped into the bowl. Just not worth the money. I believe this is an ongoing issue with the chain. No consistency in serving size.

I ordered two burritos, and each one cost $20 — which felt extremely overpriced, especially considering the quality and portion size. The amount of meat was very small, and to make things worse, there were no napkins available.
I asked for extra guacamole once, and instead, I received triple extra cheese and no guacamole at all. That was really frustrating and confusing.
For the price, I expected much better service and food. Honestly, I’ve had better burritos at other places for way less money. Definitely not worth what I paid.

When I asked for brown rice and hot sauce the employee simply refused to serve them because they hadn’t been refilled yet. This was well over two hours before close, so he could have easily done it. 👎
