The service here is horrible. I asked for a regular size tortilla since the worker said they were out of smaller tortillas for our kids meal and they said we weren't allowed to do that. Also I asked for cheese on my bowl and the worker just didn't wanna tell me that they were out of it and quickly closed the bowl so I wouldn't notice. I don't believe they actually ran out of cheese, that's hard to believe. I said something, caught an attitude with the cashier. They are horrible at customer service. The portions are even worse.

Extremely rude and clueless staff. I attived a little after opening time and they didn't have barbacoa ready. I asked when it'll be ready and he said, "Idk 20 or 30 mins maybe". I then asked if other Chipotle's also don't have their barbacoa available until after opening time since I didn't wana to go to another location just for it not to be available. He said "I don't know. It depends on their location I guess". There isn't a phone number to speak with an agent at any of the Chipotle locations. Only a robot.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. i asked for a side of brisket and black beans and caught immediate attitude from the lady taking my order. The cashier was even worse, i asked for a water cup and just placed me to the side while taking care of 2 other customers who got there after me. it wasn’t even busy or anything they were genuinely so rude and dismissive. the portions were ridiculous. They kept giving rude looks and questioning my whole order. It was terrible. Don’t give these workers any business, they don’t even wanna be there themselves.

My least favorite Chipotle in the city. Poor customer service, skimpy portions, and not the cleanest restaurant. Employees are clearly burned out. I asked for napkins and the server threw them at me. On another occasion I placed a large catering order to the hospital nearby and they couldn’t care less to package the items properly for delivery. Happily taking my business elsewhere.
