I decided to stop in last night after work The restaurant was not supposed to close until two hours later. It looks like there was closing early. I can understand because it was probably slow but as a customer about to spend my good own hard Working money, I was hoping to still get service. I got service, but my service felt rushed. The guy was trying to speed me and rushed me from making my order and also the guy who made my food. I asked if he can put a little bit of extra more meat he told me no and that upsetting me a little bit he said no it would be extra and of course, with common sense, anyone would know that if you ask for extra anything it’s going to cost extra. I told him I was willing to pay extra. but since you’re telling me no like I’m not a title to get a little extra meat forget it I’ll just stick with the reckless size burrito so therefore he just stopped the business from making an extra dollar by telling the customer know when they want a little bit more meat on their burrito otherwise than that I was able to get in and out to catch my train to go home. the Rice was a little hard, but it also looks like they turn off all the burners to the point where there was no heat to keep any of the food warm my burrito was mega cold but I had no choice but to reheat it otherwise than that I understand some people just wants to go home and they’re ready to clock out, but the staff here needs to watch The way how they talk to Customers who spend their money there in their establishment
And you should never deny anyone any extra food they May want! It’s common sense if you ask for extra that you will have to pay extra you do not have to be rude until the customer know if they want a little bit extra meat on their burrito as an employee you supposed to make the customer happy and at the end of the day, you’re the one making the money from that customer you actually want the customer to ask for extra so to tell a Customer know it’s going to cost extra is unacceptable and they need to work on a communication when it comes to situations like that and it’s understandable. You may want to go home and it’s also time to clock out, but you should not show that to the customers, you must stay professional at all times and show good business after this service. I’m just gonna go to The chipotle up the street near Lexington

I’ve eaten here many times, but this experience was different. The black beans were extremely spicy, far more than usual, to the point that they caused a strong burning sensation that lingered afterward. This wasn’t mild heat or normal seasoning. It was overwhelming and unpleasant.

Barbacoa and beans were incredibly salty, judging by the other comments there seems to be a systemic issue here

I eat at this particular Chipotle alot. I love their iced tea and they always have it ready by 11am. I like the clean, spacious look and feel of the bar height stainless steel tables. The staff keeps them clean and regularly wiped off. The staff really cares about the customer experience.

This review is for Chipotle in general.

The chicken is unbelievably salty—so much so that it feels like the seasoning ratio is one pound of chicken to one pound of salt. It’s so oversalted that it actually crosses into a bitter taste. If you’re hoping for a meal and not a fast track to hypertension, a heart attack, or a stroke, you may want to look elsewhere

Sadly doesn’t let me rate a 0. Went 9/13 after 8 PM and there was an abundance of delivery orders. The man that helped me was awesome but the only woman working was extremely rude to me. She also made me rush my order and ruined the entire experience for me. I am forced to go to this chipotle all the time because the next nearest is over a mile from me and this is the worst chipotle in America hands down. Every single time I go the workers are miserable and rude and make me feel bad for ordering. I am now taking my 2-3 a week chipotle meal to the further locations or having them deliver. I am over this place.

Most understaffed place on the planet. Been in several times and it’s always complete madness. Do better Chipotle!

I’m very disappointed with my experience today. After waiting an hour for my pickup order, I was given someone else’s meal. The bag was sealed, so I didn’t realize the mistake until I reached my destination — and to make things worse, I’m allergic to beans, which were in the order I was given.

The service was extremely slow, and no one seemed willing to help. It’s always a chaotic experience trying to get food there at lunchtime, but today was unacceptable.

I can’t even express how bad the experience is in this locations, in fact, chipotle has be on a down slope for years. Everything about Chipotle is a total failure but stealing from the customers is the last thing I would expect.
As you can see in the photo, in the entire bowl those are the only 2 pieces of meat i found in it. I pretty much paid for rice and beans only.

Rude workers. I asked them to change their gloves because I have celiac disease. One of them did not want to serve me and asked someone else to. Both workers made a face and seemed unwilling to serve me. It was really uncomfortable and made me feel bad for advocating for my health. For people with celiac disease having small amounts of gluten can cause serious health issues. I was discriminated for having a medical condition. Asking for clean gloves should not be a problem and is a standard precaution. They had an attitude about it. I paid 15 dollars and they gave me close to nothing in my bowl, very disrespectful. They were rushing me when I was ordering. Also, the rice was too spicy.

I came in to only order side of rice and side of guac, while waiting I notice a customer asking for refund for $5.75 he ask the rude female cashier and she said to him “I dunno, call the number in the app”. A gentlemen rings me up and he charges me for chips which I never asked for. Female cashier returns and now I am now asking for a refund and she rolls her eyes and I ask to get the manager. The male who charge me hands me my receipt back and says “you’ll receive the money back in 4 mins” I wait aside and the manager comes and I explain everything to her and include how other customers who needed help were rudely not being helped and just push away. Manager then starts talking Spanish to the employee and I stop her mid convo and said “we ain’t doing this, I speak Spanish to, there’s no need to speak another language when he clearly speaks English and was just speaking to me perfectly”, manager then says “no I need to ask why he charge you” and I told her he speaks English do not play the race card and talk about me in another language. Her attitude changed quickly and she charged me again for chips then refunded me. So now I have two receipts and who knows if I’ll get the refund. I understand it’s late but customers pay chipotle and employee bills. Customer is right! This location has gotten so bad with customer service. Very sad, where are the happy welcoming faces? Please re train properly and speak to management. Being a manager myself the manger on shift, her presence at that time of closing should be up front on the floor with her crew to help for refunds, etc. including that the store was dirty as well. I tried several times to upload both receipts but site was giving hard time. If you like photos or etc please contact me freely. Thank you and have a blessed day.
