There is a reason why the store doesn't have the traffic like other locations given it's prime location right next door to Grand Central and many other midtown offices buildings.

As soon as I walked in this location the negative energy and rudeness was felt. While the girl was preparing my burrito she appeared upset and unprofessional. Usually I would have walked out ( don't like angry people preparing my food). At the time it was the only place open so i went ahead. After paying for my order the girl threw the bag on the counter with a take this and go attitude. No thank you! They will never see a penny of my money again.

Constantly missing something like cheese, burritos are poorly rolled(HOW?!). Last order I got there was like half of a normal burrito and it was still poorly rolled.

Fast service and fresh ingredients. This is a more reliable and consistent chipotle. This place is always a little dingy, the front doors stick/slam and you often have to clean up around you. Never seem to have ice in the soda machine. Good value. If you are looking for a ‘chipotle bro’ look no further.

If you don't like your job, just find another one. The chicken is always gone by lunch time like come on what happens to chicken working before it's gone.
