Rude workers. I asked them to change their gloves because I have celiac disease. One of them did not want to serve me and asked someone else to. Both workers made a face and seemed unwilling to serve me. It was really uncomfortable and made me feel bad for advocating for my health. For people with celiac disease having small amounts of gluten can cause serious health issues. I was discriminated for having a medical condition. Asking for clean gloves should not be a problem and is a standard precaution. They had an attitude about it. I paid 15 dollars and they gave me close to nothing in my bowl, very disrespectful. They were rushing me when I was ordering. Also, the rice was too spicy.

I came in to only order side of rice and side of guac, while waiting I notice a customer asking for refund for $5.75 he ask the rude female cashier and she said to him “I dunno, call the number in the app”. A gentlemen rings me up and he charges me for chips which I never asked for. Female cashier returns and now I am now asking for a refund and she rolls her eyes and I ask to get the manager. The male who charge me hands me my receipt back and says “you’ll receive the money back in 4 mins” I wait aside and the manager comes and I explain everything to her and include how other customers who needed help were rudely not being helped and just push away. Manager then starts talking Spanish to the employee and I stop her mid convo and said “we ain’t doing this, I speak Spanish to, there’s no need to speak another language when he clearly speaks English and was just speaking to me perfectly”, manager then says “no I need to ask why he charge you” and I told her he speaks English do not play the race card and talk about me in another language. Her attitude changed quickly and she charged me again for chips then refunded me. So now I have two receipts and who knows if I’ll get the refund. I understand it’s late but customers pay chipotle and employee bills. Customer is right! This location has gotten so bad with customer service. Very sad, where are the happy welcoming faces? Please re train properly and speak to management. Being a manager myself the manger on shift, her presence at that time of closing should be up front on the floor with her crew to help for refunds, etc. including that the store was dirty as well. I tried several times to upload both receipts but site was giving hard time. If you like photos or etc please contact me freely. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Staff is very clearly mad at customers for not being Dominican like all of them are. Foods whatever
It’s busy during the week but nice staff and they definitely don’t skimp on the burrito bowls.
I always order the chicken bowl with two side tortillas. In total it costs $12 and It usually lasts me two filling lunches.

This location is literally ALWAYS out of the honey chicken
Why were there 5+ people in this restaurant and they were doing NOTHING but talking to each other! I had to ask someone to take my order... each one of them looked at me and acted like I was not there. I also heard a man question why not one employee understood how the chipotle app worked! Just lazy and inconsiderate employees.

Cashier told me that my free queso reward was applied, of course it wasn’t, got the receipt and showed it to him that I paid for queso and then he couldn’t refund it, absolute joke

I ordered a burrito with half chicken, half barbacoa, but the protein portions were laughable. I get Chipotle regularly, and usually when I ask for half and half, it actually means half and half… not a quarter of each. I ended up asking for double portions just to get a decent amount.
Then, when I got to the cheese, I was told they were out (at 1pm on a Monday!)
I asked why no one mentioned it earlier, but got no response. And here’s the kicker: the customer right behind me, being helped by another employee, asked for cheese and got it. The staff member simply grabbed some from another counter.
I told the manager on duty, and her only response was, “Oh, she wasn’t supposed to do that.” But no attempt to make it right.
Really disappointing experience. It’s frustrating how inconsistent Chipotle locations can be. I won’t be coming back to this one.
A very disappointed customer.

pick up time was 12:50 and i ended up waiting until 1:20 before getting my mobile order. it would have been way faster if i just waited in the super long in person line. something needs to be checked for the comparison of kitchen staff of the mobile orders vs the in person orders

Unfortunately, this location is one of the worse ones: they always have ingredients running out, meat was cold, and portion was smaller than other locations. There is a reason why the store doesn't have the traffic like other locations given it's prime location right next door to Grand Central and many other midtown offices buildings.

The concept is original, but we must realize that America does not have a gastronomic culture.
“Chipotle” products are good, atmosphere and setting quite cold
