First of all the food attendant and the cashier were very nice but the sherried beef was really dry, tasteless and very salty. While I was eating my food, a piece of plastic fell into my mouth. The manager said it wasn't plastic, it was a piece of onion skin. I know the difference between onion skins and plastic. This thing wasn't onion skin!

For this one I got pick up and it was a good experience. It actually really really quick which was surprising. It’s never ready that quick. We looked a little skimpier than I’m normally used to but that’s OK with me I wasn’t super hungry. All good. They gave me old rice and it was literally crispy and disgusting and there’s literally two pieces of meat in the spirit burrito which makes literally it so what a waste of money it was actually like $20 for this for me. Also sucks.

You charged the same price of your premium competitors (sweetgreens and cava) and your employees trying to serve as minimum amount as possible of the meats. Quite embarrassing the attitude of some of the employees trying to serve less food. Prices are much higher for the quality of the food/service/quantity.

I am surprised this is a 2 star rating here.Honestly, solid Chipotle location. Ingredients tasted fresh. Quantity was good. Service was fast.I use to work at chipotle in Texas and have probably eaten at over 100 chipotles. I would say this locations makes top 10% cut. I recommend giving it a spin.cheers

First they denied to take order, and only took online order, then whatever things we mentioned to add in our bowl, most of the things are missing. Worst
I came in during lunch time so it was a pack. they ran out of a lot of things so I had to wait 20 mins which was a bit annoying. when I went to pay for my food they said it was on the house. they'd whey you call customer service!! thank you for changing my experience into a great one!! I will be back
