A standard Chipotle experience. Standard menu with the regular good options. Store could be cleaner as I have noticed the floors can get dirty with old straws. Good amount of seating for dine in customers. Food is quite expensive
Placed an order online and driver marked the order as complete. Called chipotle customer service and they would not send a new order replacement. They refunded the amount and asked me to place a brand new order. No apology for the mistake. No ability to call the restaurant itself. You can only speak to a chat agent or a team in a call center. My order is likely sitting at the chipotle restaurant and there is not way for me to contact the restaurant to have it delivered. Overall really frustrated with this experience at chipotle.

Went in to grab something quick to eat since I was shopping around only to be met with a rude worker who clearly didnt want to be there. I was asked what I would like & told her a Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla & was told I had to place it online. I asked why & i was ignored. I proceeded to order a bowl & left. I have never been told I had to place something online that can be made to order before. If it was because of the forming line that was behind me then you should have more employees working the line. I work at a restaurant myself I know how the kitchen works.

They want to mix all of your food all on top of each other when I clearly asked them not to. The meat is too spicy. I won’t be back. The beans were raw and hard, even the rice wasn’t cooked all the way.

Hey guys, I'm here in Manhattan NY, as today is the first day, lunch was at Chipotle, good and cheap, the environment was very clean and organized, the service was top notch, even without speaking English, I managed with help and common sense of the employees to make a dish to my liking, without a doubt I will go back there again, a really cool thing that happened was the fact that I got a free soda hehe, I don't know how it works in the other stores in the same chain, but the one I went to the soda is paid for and even so the customer service was very nice to me and gave me the free soda, once again I want to say that you are to be congratulated and I couldn't miss the amount I paid which was only US 15.00, thanks guys
