Placed an order online and driver marked the order as complete. Called chipotle customer service and they would not send a new order replacement. They refunded the amount and asked me to place a brand new order. No apology for the mistake. No ability to call the restaurant itself. You can only speak to a chat agent or a team in a call center. My order is likely sitting at the chipotle restaurant and there is not way for me to contact the restaurant to have it delivered. Overall really frustrated with this experience at chipotle.

I can see why this place gets the reviews it does. Been going here for a while and though it's not bad or anything (typical Chipotle fast food), they get really stingy on the meat when they're busy. There's also one guy who gives very little meat, so if you've got a dude serving you, be warned that your meal might be a bit smaller.

Went in to grab something quick to eat since I was shopping around only to be met with a rude worker who clearly didnt want to be there. I was asked what I would like & told her a Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla & was told I had to place it online. I asked why & i was ignored. I proceeded to order a bowl & left. I have never been told I had to place something online that can be made to order before. If it was because of the forming line that was behind me then you should have more employees working the line. I work at a restaurant myself I know how the kitchen works.

There's this female light skin Spanish girl who loves to talk over the food and not wear a mask when she's yelling "TOMATOES!?" as she's spitting into my bowl. What an undesirable experience.
I noticed that most of the employees here are latino. I also noticed how they give small portions of food to non-latino customers and large portions to their latino customers who didn't ask for extra toppings. It's like some sort of favoritism. The manager or owner must be latino. I don't think I'll be going back to this Chipotle until they get their act together.

I asked to use the bathroom so I can change my kids diaper before I order and the server or w.e she was called the manager over and I was confused... but the manager said I had to be a customer ? I told her I was going to order after I was done. The had no changing table in the bathroom and the other bathroom said occupied.... the food had no flavor and they have attitudes
