Slowest chipotle I have been to in 15 plus years, dirty tables, small portions, not sure what is going on here - but avoid at all costs. Sorry to say this, but want to help others.

Usually it’s been fine but today I went, just asked a worker (black glasses, tats, and two silver hoop earrings) if I could just get a tortilla on the side, I was going to pay but I wasn’t sure if I could go to straight to the register (and I asked nicely), he didn’t respond, just shakes his head no and I’m pretty sure spoke to his workers in Spanish (I speak it too), and the lady in front of me had asked for a bit more corn, and same person got annoyed, and annoyingly added 3-4 more full scoops of corn, and then got annoyed when she asked to take some off (some tha she didn’t not ask for). I would avoid him at all cost.

You know it’s a Chipotle in 2025 when they serve you two slices of meat, a couple kernels of corn, and think that’s enough food for an adult.

Super small portions - the server would only give half of a spoon for everything, and I’d ordered a vegetarian bowl. So disappointed in this location, it used to be great.

Never going back. My burrito came covered with burned pieces of whatever was on the press before it and tasted too burned to eat. When I politely asked for a remake the staff were unapologetic and rude, and the remade burrito tasted super sour like they'd put a whole lemon on it. The woman at the counter started at me and giggled while I tried it, as if they'd made it gross on purpose. Zero professionalism, can't trust that the food is even safe.

had a little fuss about my order when i even showed my ID to prove the order was mine.. i found it so stupid and the workers were kinda rude. never going back again. the food portions are bad.

The worse service of any of their stores I have been to. I ordered the Carne Asada without tomatoes and extra rice.( their special and pointed to the picture they had) When I saw the finished product I freaked out....they threw the extra rice on top of the entire meal and could not see anything but rice. I asked to see the manager as the server became rude when I said this is not what I expected. After a major discussion they made another but were unprofessional about it. Sadly, this branch needs better employees and yes manager.

Ordered using uber eats and no fork or napkin was packed into the bag. Good thing I was able to fold the top to use as a scoop. Thx chipotle for being useless
