Usually it’s been fine but today I went, just asked a worker (black glasses, tats, and two silver hoop earrings) if I could just get a tortilla on the side, I was going to pay but I wasn’t sure if I could go to straight to the register (and I asked nicely), he didn’t respond, just shakes his head no and I’m pretty sure spoke to his workers in Spanish (I speak it too), and the lady in front of me had asked for a bit more corn, and same person got annoyed, and annoyingly...
had a little fuss about my order when i even showed my ID to prove the order was mine.. i found it so stupid and the workers were kinda rude. never going back again. the food portions are bad.
I didn’t get to take better pictures of the food line, but it was messy food all over the place(salsa line). Dried out meat that looks like it’s been sitting there since they opened up. I asked if more carnitas was coming out because I was willing to wait the gentleman told me no. So I settled for what I didn’t want 😒 As he was about to put lettuce in my bowl another worker put the carnitas on the line!! Terrible service!
