Horrible Chipotle location, walked in at 10:50pm all to be told that the business was closed and that there was only one person to serve the food, but he couldn’t because his hands were dirty. He told me his name was Jeffrey Martinez. I told him that he could’ve locked the door so nobody would come in and prevent this uncomfortable situation. He seemed to be quite argumentative.

Terrible customer service. As soon as we walked in register employee had an attitude . I paid with cash and gave money in hand . Employee tossed my change on the counter . Very rude and unprofessional. Gentleman making the food , careless with portion , sloppy service , cross contamination, then found a plastic piece of something in my burrito. Unacceptable !

On November 8th, 2025 I ordered four meals from here. Two of the meals were Burrito Bowls with Carnita meat. There was hardly any meat and the meat was burnt and very hard. I asked the guy for my free guacamole he said I had to wait a very long time for it I said How many minutes is a long time he said he didn't know. I said What do you mean you do not know. If you don't want to give me my free guacamole, just say so you don't have to lie to me and say I have to wait a long time for it, laughing out loud. I will not be ordering food from this Chipotle ever again. The service here is very horrible. I do not recommend this Chipotle located at 620 9th Ave, New York, NY 10036.

The worst service I’ve ever received at a Chipotle. They charged me for additional food I did not order and tried to just have me take the unordered food instead of a refund. When I insisted upon a refund it took over 10 mins and 3 people rudely talking about me while unable to figure out how to refund me.

Store is a mess. Front door is locked during business hours. Constantly out of rice, lettuce or one meat. Soda machine is constantly down. Staff will close half of restaurant seating before closing hours.

I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s been the last three or four times. And that’s CONSECUTIVE times. Annoying and frustrating. I won’t be returning.

They gave me guac and not the vinaigrette I asked for and even charged me for it? And the cashier was complaining about customers in front of me. As well as harassing the customer ordering next to me while trying to finish ordering her bowl. Will not be back here.
