Upon entering the door the employees seemed to take pleasure in yelling across the restaurant that they were out of rice ?. This caused confusion on the faces of the would be patrons who mostly understood the subliminal message the over worked and exhausted employees were trying to make and that was they were closing in the next hour and they’d prefer you dined elsewhere.I, however, wasn’t scared away and also decided to dine in the restaurant even tho they attempted to claim due to Covid [lmfao] the dining room was closed and they were doing take out only.Additionally, their soda machine has been broken for weeks they told me and asked for me to complain so that the manager can get it fixed, and begin ordering enough food [theyWe’re also out of chips ].Overall, horrific Chipotle experience. One can find a typical, functioning Chipotle a few blocks away on 8th ave and 50th.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!My kids and I arrived at 9pm sharp but this particular location does not close until 11pm. However, they were cleaning up while serving dry leftovers and made it clear they won’t accommodate us by putting out any more food.. The manager seen me taking photos and threatening to make a complaint so, he then attempted to cook fresh steak but on top of foil paper layered on top of the stove instead because he didn’t want to dirty the stove he just cleaned 2hrs before closing time..

I ate steak tacos by adding vegetables, cheese, and tomato salsa. Three shell tacos are standard. If you have a normal stomach, you will probably be suitably full. To be honest, the price is better than the tacos you get at Mexican restaurants in Korea, the portions are good, and they are delicious, but even if the hall gets dirty, they seem to clean it up a little later. If you don't eat cilantro, note that the tomato salsa contains cilantro! It doesn't have a strong scent, but I think it's the best for a quick, inexpensive meal.
Just believe the other reviews. Bad service. Small portions.Dining room closes 2 hrs before closing. Don't waste your time.

Was told the dining room closes at 830, an hour before closing, and i could not eat inside. (The weather is 21° tonight, wind chill 10°)Couldn’t tell if this is actual Chipotle policy or this group’s way of leaving early, but i am surprised.
