The worst service I have ever received, very bad attitude and attention from the workers, even with 40 minutes left to close they tell you that they have almost nothing left. You talk to them and they ignore you, you have to repeat things more than twice for them to pay attention to you, I do not recommend it.

Hours said restaurant closed at 11pm got there a few minutes after 10pm. The staff was really rude and kept rushing so they could close at 10:40pm, and the food wasn’t fresh at all, most of the sides were missing.

Disappointing Experience - Bones in Food and Poor Customer Service
I'm compelled to write my first-ever negative review after today's unsettling experience.
On 11/2/24, between 1:40-2:00 pm, I visited this restaurant. While enjoying my chicken bowl for lunch, I discovered a 1-inch bone in my mouth. Assuming it was an isolated mistake, I continued eating. However, after a few spoons, I hurt my tooth and scratched my gums with another thick, sharp bone.
I approached the staff for assistance, requesting clean pads or medical aid to treat the scratches. Instead, I was met with: "So WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?" I felt judged and shocked.
Despite asking for help, I received no apology or kindness. Another staff member eventually provided medical pads, but the experience remained marred.
I didn't seek a refund or replacement meal, just basic care. Disappointed and frustrated, I discarded half my meal and left.
I will never return.

My office is in the area and every time I go to this location, I am disappointed. Long lines aside, each time I go to this location, I am either getting yelled at or getting skimped on food. When I say skimped, I mean they are taking the lightest scoops of everything to the point where a double meat bowl at this location is less food than a single portion meat bowl at a nearby location.
If possible, you should go to the Chipotle on the corner of 56th and 8th or 52nd and 8th. Both locations usually have nicer staff and consistently give larger portions. I've talked with some of my friends and they agree with the sentiment.

It was the worst experience of my life… Everyone was rude, disrespectful, and impossible to communicate with. Especially the guy working around 5 PM on October 6th. He couldn’t understand what i’m odering at all even tho i was speaking in eng, and even when I pointed at what I wanted, he still didn’t get it, so other passing employees had to step in and translate. Does he even qualify to take orders? I’m not even sure if he was trying to communicate with me, and he made no effort to take my order properly. Then he literally threw the ingredients into my burrito bowl. I mean, it’s not like it’s my first time eating at Chipotle, but I’ve never seen anyone pile on that much chili sauce before. Unbelievable. Honestly, everyone working at that time was just awful.
This is my first time leaving a negative review. The attitude of the part-time man who served the food was very bad. I don't think it was racism since they treated the customer behind me in the same manner. Even when I told them the menu, they couldn't understand it, and they didn't even serve me the meat or vegetables I wanted. I paid extra for guacamole, but when I got home and opened it, there was no guacamole. It was the worst service I've experienced this year.

My fiancé experienced some of the worst food poisoning of her life from this location. The service and workers were great, however for those going to this location or to any midtown chipotle be warned. Do not order the chicken, it was likely undercooked.
