Ambience is good. Highly recommended. There are seats after the counter as well. Crowded but staffs handle well, didn’t miss any in my order. Price is bit high compared to other location. Street parking is available but since it’s near time square it’s not that easy for everyone to parallel park.

What terrible attention, we arrived at this headquarters at 3:55pm today April 20/2024 to eat something before work and it was empty, there were 2 on the line talking between them and a cashier. They saw us meadows and we proceeded to say hello, which they ignored us. We waited a few minutes and saw that they spoke Spanish, which we proceeded to ask in spanish if we could order and they ignored us again. After a few minutes, they continued without looking at us, just organizing their meal and talking to each other, in the end we had to go, they didn't greet us, they didn't offer us to order, they weren't even interested in our order. Terrible service. So many people looking for a job and they waste it, they don't deserve it.

I would like to say that my opinion is based on my experience today, April 17, 2024, with a young lady working at the restaurant who wanted us to vacate a space in the dining room because she had to clean it at that time and threatened me with calling the police if I wasn't going to eat on the street. The rest of the staff has been treated excellently and politely. The lady in question spoke to me shouting and without any type of education. I hope this review reaches the owners so they know the type of staff they have hired.

I have visited numerous Chipotle establishments, however, I must express my dissatisfaction with the portion sizes at this particular Chipotle store, as they were considerably smaller than anticipated. The food was amazing tho.

I wasn’t going to write a review because I have nothing good to say about this chipotle but when I witnessed how the staff treat customers here I had to say something. Firstly they are rude, have an attitude and barely acknowledge you whilst they talk amongst themselves when handling your food!! And then the portion size doesn’t even fill the bowl. What is worse is the staff overfill their own bowls which is also something I witnessed whilst I was there, even if they pay for it themselves they give paying customers way less.
