probably the worst chipotle ive ever been to. rude workers and slow. terrible quality control. water doesnt work.

I was pretty disappointed with my pick up order. I waited 10 minutes till the time that I was supposed to pick it up. I came and waited five minutes before they even started it and was ignored by the people who were doing the online orders and then had to re-ask twice for the right condiments or whatever you call the ingredients and it just wasn't pleasant since I was in a rush and I purposely ordered to pick up at a specific time and I still had to end up waiting at least 13 minutes before I could leave with my food

I am chipotle lover. Test is good here but employees has smalll heart and small hand means if you ask for some extra then don’t give properly.. specially one woman who is old and short and speak Spanish… so if you want want here then be ready for small portion … hope here employ read this review and change bowl portion .. other everything good

Ordered bowl and chips with Guac on 25th July 2025 afternoon. The Guac was stinking and black. Both the one on side and in bowl. If you order in store you may not face this issue as they have to put fresh on display but be careful for ordering online. I wonder how they conduct their health hygiene compliance.

$12 for only rice and chicken. At least give me a decent portion of chicken. My two year old wouldn’t get full off of this. Go to Sophie’s next door better food. Bigger portions of protein

Lowkey a fantastic spot for grub in NYC. Portions are big enough to split. Got the honey chicken and shared it with my girl.
Staff was sweet too. Mostly spanish speaking but if you hablas a little español they’ll hook you up 👌
For the second time, I arrived 45 minutes before closing according to their official hours, but as soon as I opened the door they shouted they were closed. Why not update your hours if you’re going to close early? People walk a long way on the belief that they can trust what you say.

One of the better Chipotle’s I’ve been to. Pretty clean, staff was super super nice! Food was good! Bathroom was clean. Plenty of space to sit. No outlets for phone charging.
