This place is cheap w/ there scoopsAsked for half /half protein chicken /steak. They either don’t even have enough steak or was counting how many tiny cubes were given to me.This place w/ 4stars is overrated.Seriously these bowls are only getting more expensive and w smaller portions

Chipotle is a restaurant I've reviewed in the past, and would still continue to grade it as the best quick service mexican cuisine chain that is somewhat healthy as well.For $12 to 13, the value proposition is excellent for a rice bowl with chicken (no guac).This particular chain had a lovely ambience and plenty of mixed seating options.

The service here was absolutely terrible. I asked for meat in my quesadilla they told me to pay extra, based on my long Chipotle experience I have never been told to pay for meat. This is a scamming place where they make money based on wrongly scamming people. Never coming back!!
Great place for a quick meal with an eight year old grandchild. Fast, hot food, but Chipotle is what it is.

I got a bowl here last week, regretted it. I'd eaten half the bowl and put the rest in the fridge. Then spent the evening and following day in and out of the bathroom. Needless to say the rest was not eaten. I'll go to the one a few blocks up. ?

I WORK UPSTAIRS FROM THE W45TH STREET LOCATION IN MIDTOWN NYC. THERE WAS A NEW MANAGER IN TODAY. NIT SURE IF THAT IS HER TITLE BUT SHE WAS HORRIBLE AND NASTY. I ORDERED MY USUAL THRU THE APP AND WENT DOWN TO OICK IT UP. I ASKED FOR DRESSING BC THEY NEVER PUT IT IN THE BAG AND SHE TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT. THEN TOKD ME I COULDNT USE MY REWARD BC I DIDNT ORDER IN THE STORE. I SHOWED HER THE ENTREE I ORDERED AND SHE STILL DENIED MY REWARD. I SHOWED HER I HAD NO DRESSING FOR MY SALAD AND SHE THREW THE DRESSING IN MY BAG HARD. SHE IS RUDE AND NASTY. I WILL GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION FROM NOW ON.
