The service here is terrible , they never had my online order ready and i had placed it 15mins before going to the restaurant, i was ignored multiple time. And the “manager “ there acts too cocky ignoring a client and also seen me there standing. The cashier lady too sees me standing there for 5 mins and doesn’t bother to ask “ how may i help you “

Ordered carnitos burrito today. After having half of the meal, i found a hair in the meat. Not sure if its from pork or human. And the ln I stopped eating.

My friends had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. While eating, my friends—who are all of Asian descent—were attacked by homeless individuals. The staff stood by and did absolutely nothing to help. Later, the manager (or someone in charge) came over and casually said, 'This happens all the time. If you want, you can call the police.' That was it. No apology, no attempt to make the situation right.
My friend was covered in hot sauce, and the situation could have escalated into something much worse. It felt like they were being ignored because they are Asian, and it’s hard not to see this as a case of anti-Asian discrimination.
To make matters worse, I found multiple reviews on their page from others describing similar instances of anti-Asian behavior. It’s disgusting and unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very helpful staff, everything fresh, clean and the food tastes good. We ordered the hard chicken tacos and the brown rice bowl with chicken, black beans, guacamole and pico de gallo. All very rich.

This is a Mexican restaurant that I love to eat. You can have it prepared on a plate or as a burrito. It is more enjoyable with its own chips on the plate :) Lots of sour cream, lots of guacamole sauce 🤫

Lied in my face. Said they didn’t have white rice at this location, I look down at my table and lo and behold there is white rice. I ask the people next to me “hey! Is there white rice up front” and they look at me as if I’m crazy because what kind of chipotle wouldn’t have white rice. So they say “of course there’s white rice”
I feel disrespected. Hurt. And trust and believe liars will be dealt with. No rest for the wicked.
