The chipotle was average. Same taste, same procedure, etc. just the cashier seemed new and didn’t seem to understand we wanted extra tortillas. No one working there was actually kind, just normal doing their job, which I noticed is how most places in NYC are. We got take out, but the place itself was full of trash. Taste was great as always!

Very bad costumer service. The cashier was talking to me in Spanish and I don't know Spanish, I asked if she was speaking in Spanish with me and she couldn't understand what I was asking. Bad service. My first time in the US and I'm sure I wouldn't go back there.

The girl make mistake on a sour cream and kept a lot of hot sauce on my bowl when I said I’m allergic the guy made new bowl and didn’t even put rice on it.i’m very introvert and I didn’t wanted to argue but I’m paying for it so please please be respectful . My experience was worst which makes me never wanna go to this place again.

Nasty servers!!! Chipotle used to pride themselves on great customer service but now these workers are just nasty and miserable. I hate to use the race card but since I don't look like most of the people who work their I can only summize this is why I am always treated rudely. I like the food and price but I will spend a little more at a place where I am appreciated for my patronage.
This is the worst place that I have ever had experience with. I got food with hair in it. (The black hair was in a burrito). We wanted to switch for another one, but they made us have to wait in a long line again. We did not agree because it's not fair, We was in line and already paid for that and it's not our fault.. we asked for refund, but we still had to wait. We showed the female employee the hair in our food, she said yes, I see it and then she took my food that I already paid for it, immediately through it in the trash can without if I agree or not. She bullied, harassed, abused us with a very rude, disrespectful, discriminative and aggressive attitude. Both the male manager and the female employee are rude. They yell at us with racist words. They spoke to us with a rude attitude and rude words. They said that we deserve for that because we don't speak good English, so that's why they don't want to serve us and that's why they treated us that way.. I will report them to the discrimination department. My daughter asked their name but they said that they were not going to tell her. And also all customers be careful. I'm not a mexican-lovee, but that food tastes amazing! Tho, I have 2 complaints:It's very dirty on the tables and the floor, like there's straws and paper laying aroundIt's very cold inside! But overall it's a great Mexican restaurant!
