This chipotle is very unprofessional. I placed an order through a third party (Uber eats) and was told by my driver that someone else picked it up. I then attempted to speak with management about the issue of allowing this. The manager proceeded to argue with me, deny accountability, refuse to reconcile well as lie about how the person was able to do steal my order. I never received my order, and I am currently 9 months pregnant and was simply on my lunch break at work. This location is clearly careless and lacks customer service.

The workers seem untrained they don’t wrap the burritos properly so it fell out when I unwrapped the aluminum foil I opened it like 15 minutes after purchase. Also the workers seem to not want to work and they come off a little rude I love chipotle but the experience I received from this location made me extremely upset.
i came in chipotle today around 8:00 & me & my friend got in line to place our order which we did during placing our order the African American female team member on the line of the hot bar & also cold bar was very rudee making our bowls & didnt give great customer service AT ALL beings though thats the first person to greet you & to take your order at the end of her making my bowl I proceeded to go to the register to pay for both of the bowls me & my friend had & the guy on register proceeded to tell me that i will have to pay with card or have the exact change that my food came up to because he dont have any change in the register. I stated that, well that’s something you suppose to state at the beginning of the line and he also act as if he didnt care & it wasnt his problem to deal with so i asked him if i cant speak with the manager he told me the manager had stepped out its only 8:00 so it do not make any sense what so ever i opened his store in 2018 with pedro if he was to hear about this he would fire those unprofessional expeditiously because they are not here for the guest only to be rude and waste food because i didnt have any of what he asked only 2 20s i was not able to get my food or discounted for such the inconvenience location is not what its used to be!

Genuinely confused by these reviews. I was there tonight around 8:30 and the bowl was probably the biggest bowl I’ve had in years. Service was great and had good conversation. Store was clean.
