My order was not fresh nor hot it was only 12pm it was correct but the portions were definitely off. My customer service experience was alright a lot of coworkers lolly gagging during customers ordering. Pretty much the chipotle on E116st is WAYYY better !

It's as if someone complained or management wants bland instead of well-seasoned food.
The previous cook with all the tattoos was THE best cook! I'd wait on him!
Now, he's no longer there, and the steak tastes like liver. The rice, and chicken have no flavor, either. If it weren't for the salsa and sour cream, I'd have to season it at home.
I gave it two chances. Must move on to another store.

Dirty looking man in the orange wig was rude & gave me a nasty attitude for no reason. I was completely respectful, calm, said please & thank you & he decided to take his misery out on me because he was confused. Attitude off the charts. Chipotle, access who you have working for your company. I spend money here all the time, just to be treated disgustingly.

This Is my neighborhood Chipotle went on 11/1/24 around 7pm. first of all food service area was so messy, After placing my order the manager rang me up I asked to purchase a fountain Drink I scan my rewards with an he did not Confirm it went through; As I approach the fountain drinks there are no fountain drinks Of any kind( I love their lemonade) I told the manager there was no fountain Drink he ignore me. So I go back to the counter because In my mind I had pay for a fountain Drink as ordered At checkout The manager goes and bring me a bottle lemonade ( which is different)and attempt to bring up four dollars for it I had this confused on the face because again I thought he rang me up his response was what do you think I’m gonna give you a free Drink? This is out loud and in a restaurant full of people and with my little kids there I felt so embarrassed I just said no I thought you had charged me I did not ask for a freak cup I asked for a purchased fountain Drink with an attitude he said look at your receipt. I am a nonconfrontational person so I just decided to walk out but The way he approach a female customer it was disgusting …

Went in today with my family, a roach ran across the counter by the register. The young lady at the register killed the roach with her bare hand looked at us like nothing was wrong and kept taking payments. Never again.
