Bad costumer service, the dude that has glasses ( the one who looks kinda gay) looks like he didn’t want to be there, didn’t greet me didn’t say hi what can I get u , looked like he had an attitude.

It took several times for the female server to clearly explain that the white rice was out, and that all they had was brown rice. Brown was fine, if in fact that's what it was - still looked pretty white - but there was no sense of welcome and poor customer service communications. Worse, when I sat down and started eating, I realized my chicken burrito bowl was cold. I asked the male server on the register if there was a microwave to heat my food and he said he couldn't do anything about it. He clearly didn't give a damn. As a server myself, I can assure you that's not the right answer. Well, at least I got out of the cold and the bathroom worked. But next time I'm in this area, I'll go to the nearby halal cart.

Been going there almost every day for the past 2 years and it’s still the only store around the area that the employees do a great job, except for one that seems to work a lot the night shift. Very lost and lazy guy. Never asks me what else I want at the cashier, and has done my order wrong a couple times. But love everybody else!

Arrived during lunch, service was rushed and staff didn’t take time to fill the bowl. Left feeling ripped off, I dont plan on returning and wouldn’t recommend.

Been going to chipotle’s around the world for a while. They don’t give good scoops and I asked about it and they charged me more. I got charged 25 bucks for a little bit of beef. There are plenty of those ones in the city go there instead. Lady gave me attitude about it.
If I could give zero I would,I live around here and have gone to this chipotle a few times and it never has gotten it right. They skimp on portions and are rude, just go to the one on 55th.

Chipotle… don’t test me ever again. Boy o boy if you thought portions were bad you’ve never been here. The scoop of chicken they gave me was comical with about 6-7 pieces. As a single father of two I will not come here again to treat my boys.

Overall this location has been good to me! Though unfortunately, there is a higher frequency of service mishaps than I've experienced at other locations. 80% of the time, things are fine, though just bit more often than at other places, I have rude interactions with some employees, misinputted prices (overcharges) at the register, multiple ingredient options missing at the same time, unusually small portion sizes, etc.
It's not a bad spot, but after having been to this one pretty often, I'd probably go to the other chipotle nearby from now on.
