If I could leave 0 stars I would. Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat, yet I’ve only been here 3 times and I don’t plan on coming back to this location. I initially wasn’t going to give a review but then something else happened so I have to. One of the workers started trash talking me in Spanish without realizing I also spoke Spanish. Only because I couldn’t hear/understand what they were saying bc of their accent and noise. I worked at chipotle in the past there’s supposed to be someone at the sides section and there were two yet they didn’t ask me about my sides until I got to the register which is why I couldn’t hear her properly and yet she still had an attitude. 2. I’ve noticed that the workers purposely avoid giving the customers their receipts back I’ve had to go back and ask it for each time I’ve visited and yet each time it’s right there on the counter which I think it’s weird and they might be trying to use the customers points. 3. Black beans were still uncooked. Really should have a talk with the workers at this location.

The staff and management at this location are incredibly sloppy and disrespectful. They do not fill up items to the full amount and do not care about presentation or common courtesy. Food itself was cold and not good. Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had

Bad costumer service, the dude that has glasses ( the one who looks kinda gay) looks like he didn’t want to be there, didn’t greet me didn’t say hi what can I get u , looked like he had an attitude.

It took several times for the female server to clearly explain that the white rice was out, and that all they had was brown rice. Brown was fine, if in fact that's what it was - still looked pretty white - but there was no sense of welcome and poor customer service communications. Worse, when I sat down and started eating, I realized my chicken burrito bowl was cold. I asked the male server on the register if there was a microwave to heat my food and he said he couldn't do anything about it. He clearly didn't give a damn. As a server myself, I can assure you that's not the right answer. Well, at least I got out of the cold and the bathroom worked. But next time I'm in this area, I'll go to the nearby halal cart.

Came in on my lunch break; male server acts like he is personally paying for food out oh his own pay check.
