Ordered a burrito bowl to-go in person this evening and was disgusted when I got it home and realized they had served me spoiled, rotten lettuce. In addition, I received a shockingly small amount of tortilla chips (maybe 10???) with the chips & guac that I ordered. Very disappointing! This location is out to scam customers. Stay away!

It’s a hit or miss with the protein proportions here. Depends on the server. Today the first portion was literally 6 pieces. I then added “Extra” chicken and it was a total of 10 pieces. Just want consistency.

I went late at, like 10 pm, and the staff's attitude was terrible. Serving as if it were a favor. They don't allow you to use the bathroom until you have placed your order.

Food is fine, but man they were super stingy with the fillings, especially rice and meat. I saw the guy before me get the average amount of stuff, but I got half a spoon of rice and like 5 little pieces of steak. I'm left to assume what was different between us that earned him that, and my options are pretty bad. Again, food fine, but I paid $18 for very little

Oh, Chipotle on 350 5th Ave, are you actively trying to ruin the vibe or is it just your talent? Let’s start with the good new....the location is prime, and after 7 PM, it’s practically a ghost town. Perfect, right? Wrong. The staff must have a secret competition for who can mess up orders the most creatively. Every. Single. Time. But wait, the real villain here? The iced tea situation. Or should I say, the lack of it. I asked if they had any freshly brewed iced tea, and they hit me with a straight-up "No." No explanation, no "Let me check," just a dead-end No. Like brewing tea would somehow derail their entire operation. And let me tell you, that iced tea tin? It was emptier than my will to come back. I snapped pics and videos, and the thing looked like it hadn’t seen a drop of tea since the Stone Age. Dry, crust-free, and cleaner than a skincare influencer’s bathroom......literally giving Sahara Desert realness. So, Chipotle, what’s the deal? Where’s the iced tea? Where’s the effort? Do better.

Unfortunately, one of the franchises that I enjoy the most, today was a disappointment. The food is served very cold. The bathroom was disgusting. It is truly incredible that, being in the same building as the Empire State, it is in these conditions. It is a place with a lot of people. There should be more staff, and better service. Many tourists pass by here hoping for a good meal. I don't recommend it. Find another branch.

Me and my friend found a hair in the burrito and when we warned the cashier she didn't want to give us another one and she started screaming we asked to talk to the manager but the manager was even afraid of the cashier

Literally the worst Chipotle ever. They’ve run out of chips, Taco shells, & today card only no cash. But no sign to say card only; they just wait until you’ve waited in the line for 10 minutes & then tell you 🙄. Avoid if you can.
