It’s always dirty. Even when it’s slow, the workers will stand behind the counters doing nothing when there is trash and food on every single table and the floor. There are often no clean tables to sit at. They will watch customers clean off tables to eat and do nothing to help. Definitely needs corporate support.

This location desperately needs new management and staff or a long term visit from corporate offices. They’re consistently out of certain items and when they run out they tell you it’s gonna be 15/20 min for it to be replaced. Been working in Food & Beverage in nyc for several years and that grill is definitely not up to DOH standards. Love chipotle and been a long time customer, this location is closest to where I live but I hate coming to this spot purely cause of the disorganization and lack of effort.

This location has been my primary spot since it opened. I've seen many employees come & go. The place has its share of homeless people gleaning the soda station and teens coming in after school and causing an occasional ruckus but the staff really try their best to keep the place clean, sanitized and items stocked. Being courteous to them goes a long way as I've managed to steal a smile from their tired faces but today was quite different. The ONLY new & young employee I've ever seen take the time to make sure I didn't get the bottom of the barrel chicken was SANTONIO. He was attentive, polite & surpringly moved like he was a seasoned pro!

Terrible Service! Waited almost an hour for chipotle honey chicken that is advertised everywhere in the store and on the app. Was told that it would be 15 minutes and 10 minutes later we were told another 15 minutes to them not having it all. Then did not try to give me anything for my wait on the food. They didn’t have white rice, no fajitas and no chicken at 7pm. When closing is 10pm. If food is advertised, it should be ready when things are low, not informing the back that food is low when there is one scoop left.

My experience walking in this chipotle was horrible all the employees all looked angry and can careless about my order i came in to the store just to grab a quick steak bowl after work i come and there this is no steak available, the steak is completely empty i ask the girl is it more steak she says the guy is cutting it right now i wait 20 minutes just for another girl to tell me he was cutting chicken the whole time and it’s no steak there and that it is not even on the grill the girl never asked the guy what he was cutting or anything just assumed it was steak so basically I waited 20 minutes hungry and didn’t get my phone with no consideration from any of the employees to work on getting steak out this my second time coming to this location and there is no steak and I will never come back to this location again it just not welcoming

Of the many Chipotle locations I have visited, this location is perhaps my least favorite. This location was filthy with overflowing garbage bins and garbage on the floor. Even if a location is busy, there is no reason for the place of business to be unpresentable.
I feel the food at Chipotle, as a recognized chain, is pretty self explanatory yet the food at this location was less flavorful than others.
Giving this location where credit is due, the staff is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Unfortunately, I’ll visit other Chipotle locations.

Food seems good but restaurant was not closed yet and Juliana stated dining is closed. I've been to other Chipotles and have never experienced that. Poor customer service only on her part but not the others there.

To my surprise there was no line at lunch time. They were really cheap with the food though. I paid extra for more steak and still didn’t have enough thought the bowl.

It is essential that all staff at this Chipotle restaurant undergo retraining on customer greeting and service protocols. It appears there are no specific hiring requirements for Chipotle, as evidenced by my recent experience. I ordered a bowl and a burrito, and the ingredient proportions were highly unbalanced, consisting of only 1% protein, 20% grains, 30% vegetables, and an excessive 49% salsa. Additionally, the employee preparing my food was engaged in a loud conversation with a coworker, resulting in unsanitary conditions. Furthermore, it was concerning to note that many employees at this location do not speak English, reinforcing the notion that hiring standards may be lacking. This establishment risks losing business if such issues persist, especially when compared to other Chipotle locations, where even a request for Tabasco sauce yields unsatisfactory results.

The portions are so small I need to know if they are being trained to rip off the customers

Coming to this Chipotle location in particular, especially in the evening, is like going to a bureaucratic government agency. The people working there will skimp on the meat and when you ask for more they will take the tiniest bit as if the tongs are tweezers and add only the most minuscule of bits, in a patronizing way. When I asked about the change, they claim not to be aware and say the company policy is to adhere to 4 oz of meat. In any other neighborhood, the workers have social empathy that they will interact affably with others, with dynamicism. This location’s workers seem like they are used to working with governmental agencies as pure machines and thus seem to treat others this way, referring to corporate policies when you ask questions. I do understand they don’t make enough to care but other locations have similar constraints and are able to put enough ingredients on an order to feel generous, like chipotle has always been known for. I get the sense that either they are heavily interacting with government agencies or that they want to conserve meat so they don’t have to do more work to make more. It does feel as if they are trying to conserve, which is not anything I’ve ever experienced at any chipotle in New York City, the Midwest. Southwest, or west coast. There is a clear difference between here and other locations that I’m not going to even hope they will change because this has been a pattern since they have opened. There are a lot of other good restaurants in the area instead.

I placed an order to go. There were three people handling my order, which is a gateway for contamination. I got so sick from the chicken tacos. My daughter got sick from the steak bowl. This restaurant needs to review sterile techniques with their staff or check their meats and lettuce for any bacteria. I will never eat Chipotle again.
