I placed an order to go. There were three people handling my order, which is a gateway for contamination. I got so sick from the chicken tacos. My daughter got sick from the steak bowl. This restaurant needs to review sterile techniques with their staff or check their meats and lettuce for any bacteria. I will never eat Chipotle again.

Been a customer for almost 5 years but today is my last time y’all can thank the employees that are saving y’all money by being stingy with proteins he added a 1/4 scoop of bunt bits of chicken in my bawl !!!!! Like why !? I pay 13$ for my order yall can do better than that a whole chicken raw isn’t even 5$ so why are y’all being so cheap I guess it’s time to cut this business off because it has 0 appreciation to their customers

The staff (server and cashier) were very courteous and nice to me. They were very busy (most of the items on the bar were empty, so they had to refill). There was another preparer behind doing online orders. Food is great! She packed it very well for me (I get the vegetable - no meat). It was $11.45 with queso of $1.80 totalling $13.15 (including tax).

Bought a chicken bowl and found a fly in it. The cashier was very polite and went to speak to his manager. The manager didn't even have the courtesy to come talk to me. I heard the manager speak to the cook in spanish and tell her we don't even have flies in here. The cashier came back and told me if I wanted another bowl cause they couldn't give me a refund. The manager said she didn't have the card to give a refund back. Mine you all this time. It was the cashier going back and for. The manager never came to the front and spoke to me. When the cashier came back, I told him what the manager said in Spanish and told him to let her know.
She never knows who understands her language. The thing that really got me mad was that the manager tried to accuse me, but I just sat down. Took 2 bites and was I was stirring the food when I saw the fly in there . The tables are filthy. I had to give a custom my hand sanitizer so she could clean her own table. I still several customers leave and nobody ever to clean the tables. In all my life, I never wrote a review. I did get my money back.
They have to do better.

Two bowls, same result. We ordered in person to go around 10:30pm, 30 minutes before closing. The scoop of chicken they gave me was so small but they overloaded on the rice. I got brown rice instead of white, and it tasted hard. There was no sour cream left. The chicken tasted super salty. Overall the bowl tasted dry and salty. It wasn’t worth $12.

Food was decent. The only issue I had was that all the available tables were dirty and the booth seat was sticky with liquid that was there a long while. That said, they need someone manning the cleanliness because that is a major turnoff.
