They are rushing and messing up the order . Also, no one is changing out their gloves - they touch the food, counter, bags, and computer with the same gloves. Will never order from them again

Looks like they don't have enough employees and are overwhelmed. Waited standing there 15 min past my online order ready time, which was 10 minutes from the time ordered. So they couldn't prepare my order in 25 minutes. One employee was on her phone for some time and not helping. Finally got the attention of one of them and he started preparing the order. Trash was piled up and there were no straws.The Halal cart on the 116th between Park and Lexington Avenues is cheaper and faster. Or maybe I'll try the local restaurants instead. Their employees probably have enough pride in their brand to care about customer service.

As a dedicated aficionado of Chipotle, I must express my disappointment in the subpar quality of the food provided at this particular establishment. Moreover, the overall atmosphere leaves much to be desired. However, I must commend the excellent service that is consistently delivered. Nevertheless, there is room for improvement, particularly with regards to implementing enhanced security measures to address the ongoing issue of homelessness in the vicinity.

I wanted to love this place because it is 2 blocks away from my home. However, when I ordered a sofritas burrito on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, I was sick for 2 days. The texture was crunchy, kind of boney, and it tasted horrible, I only had 3 small bites. When you first opened, everything was nice and fresh. It might not be a high demand for a vegetarian option at this site. Unfortunately, I have to stick to 85th Street and 3rd Ave. Pray it works out for the rest of the committee.

I was not out on 10/31/2023 Halloween and at about from 4pm for about 2 hours I tryed to order the boorito it was. Not easy the app was messed up and I could not get my order in my VERY DISAPPOINTED I DID NOT GEY MY BOORITO CAUSE I DID NOT KNOW TO GO TO STORE AND CALLING NO ONE ANSWER SO I MISSED OUT .PLEASE.
