Great Experience at Chipotle! Chipotle never disappoints. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. You can really taste the quality in every bite—from the perfectly seasoned rice to the tender, juicy proteins and crisp toppings. The team was friendly and efficient, keeping the line moving quickly while still taking the time to get every order just right.
The restaurant itself was clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. I appreciate how Chipotle gives you so many options to customize your meal—whether you’re in the mood for a hearty burrito, a light bowl, or something vegetarian.
Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick, healthy meal that doesn’t compromise on taste. Definitely one of my go-to places when I’m craving something fresh and filling!

Chipotle portion varies from location but I find that this location provides better tasting food, service and serving sizes than those surrounding. The one on Maiden I’m constantly being rushed down the line without being able to get a word in. The one in the little plaza is mostly Spanish speakers and they gossip to one another mid line. Will definitely make this one my go too moving forward. Chips are always made perfectly here

They are able to manage the lunch rush which consists of a ton of obnoxious kids and hungry adults effectively getting us all in and out in a timely fashion. Appreciate the woman who gave me my guacamole today and asked every single customer if their food was made good.

I've visited Chipotle on Chambers Street (1 block down from Duane Reade) twice. Both times the restaurant did not open as stated at 10:45 a.m. Both times the restaurant opened 10-15 minutes late without explanation. The first time I was told to wait as the workers finished preparing to open. The second time I asked and was still told the opening time is 10:45am after I wasn't allowed to come in until 10:57am.
You guys should just consider closing this location if you’re not gonna hire enough people!! Waiting 10-15 minutes for food with one person serving, giving out delivery orders & managing the register is something I’ve never seen in any restaurant!! Never have cheese, barely give you enough food when paying $13 or more! On top of waiting over 10 minutes for Isabel to make my food she then asks me can I wait for her to serve the customer behind me before she checks me out!! I think the look on my face said more than what came out of my mouth & I had to put my food in the bag myself!! I’m NEVER going to this location again!! Shame on you Chipotle!!!

Extremely understaffed, waited for 20+ mins / there was a line lining up outside by the time I checked out. They were out of items including shredded cheese and queso. There was only one person making bowls/tacos - she was definitely overwhelmed.

Michelle gave us such a bad service. We are tourists and it was our first time there. We just wanted to leave and never come again. All the line was shocked from the way she is acting, disrespecting, and serving. They need to take her out of this place ASAP. We got our meals almost with no protein. Waste of money, time, destroying our day in NY after 15 hours flight.
