Can't relate to the negative reviews as I had phenomenal service. The moment I came in I was greeted with a smile. They worked in unisys to get my family and I down the line. There were about 8 of us and they didn't mind explaining the menu to us. Chipotle Honey Chicken burrito with guac was extremely good. 10/10 recommend with a blackberryizzy

Tried the chipotle honey chicken on some tacos with guacamole. It was bomb 💣 left me wanting seconds. I will be back to eat it again. Shout out to the girl on the line who blessed and gave me a sample before purchasing it and stuffed my tacos.

This location has gone through some drastic changes for the better, the environment is completely different, I no longer have to gamble with the soda machine because it’s fully functional. It feels like an actual restaurant to sit and eat at even with all the students hanging out there.

They need to either retrain or clean the house in this location. If you're charging me full price i expect nothing less than what I asked for. As someone who also works in the food industry the atmosphere is very uninviting. The workers apparently think because you speak english it's okay for them to talk about you in spanish among each other. Not only did I have to endure such rudeness but my food quality was not up to par. The rice was rock hard because the server scraped the sides of the pan and threw it in my bowl i wanted my salsas on the side because I was traveling 45 mins away and she had an attitude because of my request and tried to only give me 1 cup of mild 1 of corn salsa and 1 sour cream for 3 bowl.... So now I have to pay additional for salsa that's not even on the bowl only because I wanted it to be on the side? Honestly speaking I will not be returning back to this location until some accountability is held and staff changed...

The employees are there for just a check. They even serve you basically rations. I understand they follow protocols but every afternoon they serve you the little they have giving customers little to no protein or grains their trick is giving you mad sides so the plate can feel heavy this is probably coming down from higher ups of course also don’t give me that generated response DO BETTER

Atmosphere seems decent . Came here for the first time at this location to order a kids meal and was told that I could only get rice and beans as a side however, any other Chipotle location that I have gone to has never said such a silly thing. Then at that, the kids meal is supposed to come with three sides. I visit locations in Queens, New York all the time . I was charged $1.75 for less than a teaspoon of sour cream inside of a container and the kids chips were a joke. Opened the bag and there were like four chips in there . Staff isn’t too friendly at this location and aren’t willing to accommodate 🤷🏽♀️
