Disappointed with the Service The staff was rude and the food was significantly delayed. The woman handling the service showed no respect for customers’ time and was quite arrogant. If she is the owner, it’s unfortunate to see such poor management. If she is an employee, the owner should be aware of the terrible customer service she is providing. When I politely inquired about the food, she responded rudely, saying, “Everyone is waiting,” instead of offering a helpful update.

Giving a 3 star because though I enjoyed the food I got previously, i came here this moring 4/11/2025 to get some food because it shows open on maps. They told me once I got here that they open at 11. Please change your times on maps so others don't waste their time

Super nice staff, super crispy chicken sandwich, and—most importantly—the chicken was definitely not still chirping. The sandwich was crunchy, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. Paired it with some fries and a can of seltzer, all for $20, which is basically a steal in NYC. Would definitely come back for another round!

Very good! Really very good! We ate a dish with grilled chicken, fries and salad, pita bread. It was perfect.
Do not patronize this business. The female cashier/server is nasty and has absolutely no manners. She THREW napkins in my bag after I told her there was none and after paying over $20 for a salad. She did not believe me that I did not have napkins and was very nasty! They do not deserve people’s hard earned dollars. The salad was not fresh, some of the lettuce leaves appeared discolored brown. An overall terrible experience. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.
